I didn't feel safe

Not a great area, surrounded by dr*g users and unhoused individuals, and we heard a lot of gunshots. The place was not well cleaned. The people running the place were nice, friendly and welcoming, but there were plenty of people who seem to be living at the hotel who I hope are getting back on their feet, but appeared to still hold a 'particular lifestyle.'

Crappy, dirty

False advertising of the photos online. Room was disgusting and the staff was extremely unwelcoming. Hotel was supposedly sold in March and that was a mistake on their end.

SureStay for Business

The hotel was convenient, not too far from public transportation, and secure with locked access and someone at the front desk every time I passed. The room was very clean, but the chemical smell from the cleaner was so overwhelming I put a "do not disturb" on the door for the length of my stay to avoid more of it. Also, pillows were impossible for me to use - too lofty and firm.

This property is in a horrible part of town, bad enough to need a gated entry. The room that we were in was supposedly just remodeled it was a horrible job with paint still on the floor and just a big sticker on the bottom of the tub. The door showed signs of being broken into multiple times. The manager tried to pull a bait and switch. The first of two nights was $129. He was going to charge $189 for the second night. Don't walk away from this place, RUN!
