We had a suite which was perfect for our family. This location was very convenient for the Amtrak station and the airport. We arrived late ant night and left early am so didn’t have time to explore the area on foot. The staff were very friendly.

It was good. I was a little weirded out because I prepaid but was still required to put $100 deposit down (I do get it back according to them), but thought it was weird.

What happened to hotel service?

Five day stay with no towel refresh. The skinny, tiny bars of soap didn't last three days. Not changing sheets at least once during a five day stay. Bye Bye Comfort Inn ... not good for a week stay.

No AC!

The air conditioner was not working and we were not told in advance. Our room was very warm and stuffy. We were given a floor fan for the second night and it was more comfortable.

NO AIR CONDITIONING AT ALL. At first I was told, after I got to my 76degree room, that the AC was broken. Upon checkout I was told that there is no air conditioning…only heat. It’s tough to sleep in a 76 degree room, with windows that don’t open.

It was ok—a little shabby inside the room ( needed craftsmanship and repairs on the walls and closet area) and the street traffic noise from 500 South in downtown Salt Lake was too noisy for me. Breakfast was nice. I disturbed the neighbor next door with the white noise on my iPhone which caused thunderous pounding on the wall between our rooms.

Was able to walk to event venue and to several dinner and entertainment locations. over all was a quiet location, me and my group where able to sit and play cards in the common area, which made was nice quiet evening. 1 for them supplying breakfast.
