Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. You can book the whole house and have full privacy and enjoyment. House is small and cozy. Easy access to major places of interest throughout Salt Lake City and Utah. Nearby shopping, stores, gas stations, groceries, most everything you need etc.

This was my second time renting this property. Me and my daughter come down to SLC for concerts alot. This is convenient, and well kept. I was able to get ahold of the owner quickly, and he was extremely helpful. Definitely plan on renting again if available

The yard was overgrown onto the drive and yard needed a mow. Railing by the door in the fenced area also was in poor shape. The bench in kitchen was wobbly (we didn't sit on it). The freezer was frosted and fridge wasn't cold. Biggest issue was house's flooring - it was cracked by the door where you went out. When you walked in/out of it, felt like you were going to go through - throughout house's flooring had spots where you would feel it was lower (like underflooring needed work). It was good space wise - clean. Living room and bed rooms could use a table. There was one washcloth and hand towel for 2 people staying 2 nights but plenty of larger towels. Also no bed sheet just fitted sheet and blanket. Pricing was reasonable.

The interior was clean, but bare. The lawn was completely overgrown with weeds—the bush near the door was crowding the entrance. Refrigerator was broken, there was no hot water, washing machine was also broken. Floor near the near the rear entrance had dry rot, which caused the flooring to dip on the steps, a safety hazard. I do not recommend, waste of money.

First the good. Comfortable bed, and the place was clean.Next the bad:NO HOT WATER. We therefore could not take a shower. We told the owner when we left, but he said the cleaning crew tested the hot water, so there should be hot water. There wasn't.The lawn is nothing but weeds and very tall grass that hasn't been mowed in forever. Not very inviting.No night stand by the bed, so nowwhere to put your phone, book, etc. No lamp to read by. Bed squeaks with any movement.The heater at night is so loud it disrupts sleep when it comes on.

Definitely not what the pictures entailed but it was sufficient enough to give my family and I a place to stay for the night. The floors creek a lot and feels like you are going to fall through the floor. Otherwise, it was an easy entry and in quiet neighborhood.

We had a great stay with our dogs. It was clean and very cute! I wish there were end tables and night stands, but for a night or two, it was fine. The owner was really quick to reply and accommodating. The shower water pressure was amazing, which is usually something I have issues with. We visit Utah often, and this house is near family, so we will be staying again.

Great location and price for concerts at USANA! Lyft and Taxi to and from where cheap because of distance. Great house for this purpose.Please fix the blinds and or put curtains in. Main bedroom light in the morning was unbearable. In the spare room, lights from passing cars all night and then the sun in the morning left me with hardly any sleep.

Got to property and waited for check in. Apparently the site was double booked and we couldn't stay there. Found other arrangements, but disappointed that my booking was not honored and with booking insurance bought. The owner was polite, but coming from out of town and traveling to location and sitting in over 100 degrees sucks. Thank you for the prompt refund, do better. Maintain your property including mowing the lawn.

Good: close to airport, efficient portable A/C units in each bedroom that kept it cool, easy access, close to downtown, easy check in, accurate description of sleeping arrangements and living spaceThings to be aware of: older home, with limited wall outlets. Hard to find a good place to charge devices in the bedrooms. Zero storage/counter space in bathroom. Beds only had a bottom sheet, with no top sheet, and a thin comforter to go over top. No extra blankets, no extra towels in unit. Be sure to ask the host if you want to have extras on hand. The yard is not as nicely maintained as in the listing pictures. Bottom line: It served its purpose for a one night stay before going to the airport, where we just needed a bed to crash for the night. It was affordable, that's why we chose it. If we were staying longer we probably would have chosen another property

Had to get another place to stay when we couldn’t get the house code from the host. Unresponsive to calls, texts, and messages through the app. Do not recommend.

It did NOT come with necessary essentials such as a trash can or coffee pot. The floors were not sturdy and felt like they would cave in. It advertises for central air conditioning however it was just a window unit in the kitchen and the rest of the house was so hot. The beds came with one blanket and one pillow and jailhouse sheets.
