This is a nice hotel especially for young people who like to walk climb or skate board. Staff exceptionally friendly and helpful. Most pet friendly hotel we have ever stayed in.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
The overhead air conditioning was uncontrollable, if I sleep the bed that is not close to the wall, I get hit on the face all night. Since my daughter doesn’t mind we switched beds.
Clean, comfy bed… but strange amenities fee & not all staff are very friendly… e.g. today’s team was great, but yesterday’s cafe barista couldn’t bother to squeeze a smile out, which was ironic given the “smile! You are on camera” sign in the cafe.
This place is so cool. Our rafters room was cozy with a nice bathroom. We had good coffees and breakfast sandwiches at the cafe before leaving. I would come back to take advantage of the gym and spend more time in the area.
This property is located 0.5 miles from the nearest bus and tram stop and just over 1.2 miles from Salt Palace. There are very limited facilities for breakfast or lunch close the hotel. It caters to a young crowd who want to skateboard, rock climb and bike. An Uber will cost over $20 during surge time from the convention Center.
The room I had a sloping roof so low I bumped my head twice getting out of bed. The beds are not made up daily and the interior is spartan, apart from some fantastic Persian rugs in the lobby.
There is an extra $25/ day facility fee even if you never use the extra facilities.
The immediate area around the hotel is a giant building site and a homeless shelter not more than 1 city block away.
Not for the faint hearted.
Not for the faint hearted.
The property/hotel is brand new surrounded by beautiful mountains. Yet the rooms were interior, with no windows, like a cave. I had to use my phone light just to see my clothes. No closet to hang my work clothes, no desk/chair to work, no tv, no in room coffee maker. A road side motel has better in room amenities. I had to switch hotels, however, the staff were very understanding and offered a refund as several other guests were requesting the same.
Such a cool little place. My issue was two fold. There was a weird sound (maybe heating/cooling) that was quite disruptive. The neighboring room had barking dogs that went long into the night.
They should probably warn people who want a hotel room for the night, PRIOR to booking, that they're going to be having a loud party with thumping bass until late at night.
