Poor Check In Experience

When we arrived front desk couldn't check us in because they had not received payment from Expedia. Front desk said they couldn't do anything about it (we had prepaid). It was late and after trying to get a hold of Hotels the front desk finally said they by-passed it and were able to check us in. I've been using Hotels for years and have never had this issue. Front desk didn't seem to eager to help resolve issue until my husband complained loudly. I won't stay here again.

The staff is okay and the property was not that bad but the bed that was assigned to me was so short I have chronical back pain and I really struggle that night to go down to the bed and another struggle to stand up , plus the bed was so noisy . Please just put normal size beds.

Overall poor service.

Bug crawling on the wall when first checking in. Bathroom had not toilet paper. Only one small bar of soap in the room. USB plug on the lamp killed my phone battery instead of charging it.

Location is what was good for me, the room was excellent, however the mattress was a little out of shape, could use a new one, I would stay here again if needed
