We are located in one of the most exclusive, secluded and prestigious streets
on the Olympus Cove area. All our Neighbors loves the privacy and the quiet
area. Therefore: The quiet time by law is 10 pm to 7 am. **This is NOT a place
for loud Parties of any kind of Unlawful Activities.** The use of drugs of any
kind or vaping, including marijuana, is not permitted anywhere on the
property, indoors or outdoors. **Events are NOT allowed.** Unauthorized
gatherings or **violation of these rules will result in a minimum fine of
$10,000,** plus any additional charges imposed by local authorities **and
termination of your stay**. The maximum occupancy is mandatory to be respected
as well as fulfilling the Eagle House rules.
