Absolutely disgusting

The place was absolutely disgusting. They first put us in a room with one king bed. Went back to reception and showed him our two queen reservation. He then put us in a room that smelled like pee and like something had died in there. There were cigarette burns on the sheets even though it was a nonsmoking room. We asked for a cleaner room and he said it was sold out and call Expedia…..? He just smiled and said he could do nothing. It was late and our children needed to sleep, so I ran to target to buy disinfectant, febreeze and sheets and blankets to lie on top of the disgusting beds, which I then just threw away before we left. This place should be shut down and the man running the desk needs help.

Comfortable place to lay your head.

The hotel is a decent place to lay your head when you just need a place to sleep and a home-base. It is very clean, even though it is dated. The owner’s and front desk help were very polite and helpful. This is not a 4 or 5 star hotel by any means I would give it a 2.5 star rating. The breakfast that the hotel offered was not what one would expect, but better than nothing. They did have fresh apples, hard boiled eggs, and waffles you could make. I’m not a fan of a community pot yogurt and Tang orange juice, The Oatmeal was in a small community pot as well and did not look very appetizing. My husband and I chose to buy a few breakfast items at the local grocery store. We did appreciate having a small refrigerator in the hotel room. For the price, this is a nice place to stay. It was close to where we needed to be, and that is what really mattered. Would I stay here again, absolutely.

Staff was very friendly. Facility was very dated. Our bathroom had hair and dirt particles down by the drain that wouldn't even rinse away. Breakfast was bad. Oatmeal was cold the second morning it looked like it was same oatmeal thickly stuck on the bottom. Very limited variety and watered down coffee. I watched a man restock some dry items after he used his hand to push the garbage down in the can, never washing his hands.

The rooms were not at all like the pictures on the website. The room was smaller than expected, the king size bed was an old spring type mattress that would squeak every time my wife or I would move at night. The tub was the worst part of all of it. The paint was actually pilling inside the tub, my wife was so disgusted by it she would not even take a bath. The breakfast the next day was less than desirable. We had very little to choose from, cereal, pot of oatmeal, bread (no muffins or pastry) and waffles. The waffle mix was slow pouring and there was a line of people waiting for it.

Decent Hotel but needs some work

The room was mediocre, even though I payed a little bit more for a nicer room, the bathroom wasn’t fully cleaned. Also the breakfast was not up to par, the toaster was broken and the drink dispenser was too. So the only thing you could get was waffles or cereal or oatmeal. My wife got some cereal and said the milk tasted expired. But the waffles were good
