Come stay in our home with fun for all ages! Enjoy shooting Pool, Pop-A-Shot Basketball, Foosball Table, Skee-ball Machine, Nintendo 64, Xbox One and a large selection of board games. Kids love our toy room of action figures for imagination play! Watch a movie on the large screen tv or read a book by the gas fireplace. We even have workout equipment to stay fit while on vacay mode.

Situated in an industrial park, we are just minutes to Vivint Arena, Historic Temple Square, and the SLC Airport.

Pristine 3,800-square-foot home with 5 bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths! All new furnishings create a relaxing atmosphere for your family and friends to enjoy.

Our home has everything you need: kitchen with all the cooking essentials, two dining tables with seating for everyone, multiple sitting areas, cozy gas fireplace and an outdoor gas grill.

Endless entertainment with each room themed! Large tvs in living rooms and master bedroom including a 30 inch tv and Nintendo 64 in upstairs bunk room. Disney+ is provided for all tvs and we have a huge collection of Nintendo 64 and Xbox One games for your choosing. This is a great place to have the entire family stay!

- WE ARE LOCATED DIRECTLY SOUTH OF A DOG BOARDING BUSINESS. At certain times of the day and night you can hear the dogs barking from inside of our home. To mitigate this noise during evening/sleep hours we have provided white noise sound machines in all of our bedrooms which significantly help as well as ear plugs if needed.
- We do not allow pets in our home, however our dog boarding neighbor will provide a discount should you need their services.
- Due to industrial area of the home we do have many businesses near us including auto salvage yards and an oil refinery.
- Security cameras are located on front porch, above garage door, west side of home, and inside garage for guest safety and protection of our home. NO cameras inside of home. PLEASE DO NOT TAMPER WITH OR UNPLUG THE CAMERAS AS THIS WILL RESULT IN $250 CHARGE.
- There are no main floor bedrooms or shower access, only the queen pullout and 1/2 bath.
- Portion of booking proceeds will be donated to the Leukemia Lymphoma Foundation in memory of our daughter McKensie. We appreciate you staying here to help support the Foundation!

Great house. Perfect for a big family. Lots of activities and toy room for little kids. We had a blast there. Easy to get to. Just drive down the alley to park in the garage no parking up front. But you can have door dash deliver to the front gate! Plenty of kitchen pots and pans, cutlery, plates and cups. Coffee maker. I can speak for the master bedroom. The bed was very comfortable.

This is the second time we have stayed at this home. The inside is warm and spacious and we love the floor plan. The host has always goes above and beyond to be accommodating and communicates well. The downstairs is a wonderful game area for the kids, and the teenagers love the pool table. The location seems off putting at first, but we don't mind the seclusion. I can tell that some renters have complained about the dogs barking at near by houses (the owner provides ear plugs and other measures to combat the issue) but it isn't a problem for us. We honestly only really noticed the barking when we were outside. The home is a fair rental price, and we will be back next year for another annual trip.

Brandon had great communication and made sure that we were fully stocked with supplies. The house is great with tons of fun activities for all ages. There was full disclosure on the dog kennel next door, and he provided solutions to help minimize the outside sound. Lots of great gathering areas. Thoroughly enjoyed our trip!!

This is a super fun house with plenty of room for a large group. Lots of living and sleeping space was great. The kids hated to leave. The sports collections are impressive. The variety of games is unbelievable.. The location is a bit “funky” but it is within 10 minutes of almost everything. The dog barking next door was not a problem. We heard them a couple of times briefly and only during the day. The host was very responsive.

This house was perfect for our family to share! There is something for everyone. It is fairly close to downtown. Just make sure you read the full description on how to get there. We passed by the first time and then read we had to go down the alley! After that, it was an easy find. If I’m back in the area, I would definitely book again

Pretty amazing place. In a weird industrial part of town but when we got there we were pretty stoked. We were there to hang out with family so it was absolutely perfect. Large clean private comfy. Well stocked. Every room had a theme. Was perfect for a bbq and visiting. We loved the layout and it was extra fun for my daughter with the cool games.

The property was well equipped, easy to access the city. Easier than we had thought to find. We had fun staying there. Only drawback was that the BBQ was filthy inside, not been cleaned and the outside was very dusty. The other drawback was that we could not use the outside furniture because of the dust and dirt. Inside the house was much cleaner.

Property looks exactly as described! ProsPlenty of beds and chill room. We didn t have to be in each others faces 24/7. That was perfect foe our gepup of 12 The furniture is so comfy and the random chairs and gaming opportunities all over the house really brought a smile to all.of our faces! Kitchen was well stocked with various pots and pans, plenty of plates and silverware! Negatives If you dont follow diretions exactly you will get lost. Lucky the owner gives great directions . This means that amazon and instacart or door dash will get lost. Every time- The dogs. I love animals. But i dont knownif it was the time of year or way but they were constantly barking. Noise canceling headphones prevented me losing any sleep but during the day it was annoying.

The house is a little out of the way, but it was actually really easy to get to and to get anywhere we wanted to go. We really liked the layout. The beds are not on the main floor so the kids could sleep and the adults could keep talking.

1 out of 5 starsI rarely leave negative reviews, but our experience at this property was deeply disappointing and far below the standards expected on Vrbo.From the moment we arrived, it was clear the home had not been properly cleaned or maintained. We were met with extensive cobwebs, including in the 30-foot ceilings, filthy rugs, visibly dirty dishes and utensils (yes, including knives in the block), and grime buildup on walls and doors. The master bathroom still showed signs of use from the previous guest, and the upstairs guest bedroom was also dirty. Towels were stained and smelled strongly of mildew, and bedding was carelessly stuffed into closets and tables…none of it appeared or smelled freshly laundered.We reached out to the host immediately. Rather than offering a solution through communication, he showed up to the property without our agreement and attempted to “clean” the ceilings with a pipe cleaner ultimately leaving even more dust and cobwebs on the floor. He stayed for about an hour, overshared personal details, and made no effort to take responsibility. Instead, he repeatedly blamed the cleaners for everything and his other jobs.  While he did offer to waive the cleaning fee, (which never came to pass) it fell far short of addressing the condition of the home or the discomfort we experienced. We ended up cutting our trip short just to get some relief.We left the home cleaner than when we arrived.

Great house for kids!

The kids loved all the games. We liked that it was within 10 minutes of downtown. We knew it was in an industrial area, but didn’t expect to drive down a sketchy alley to get to the house and the house was a little difficult to find. The pictures of the outside are outdated and the view of the mountains from the porch is minimal. We were glad there were crockpots in the kitchen. Having paper towels and toilet paper supplied was a bonus. The white noise machines were much appreciated as were the earplugs. The dogs were pretty vocal this week.

SLC Visit

The house was conveniently located near the city center. The property was well furnished with everything we needed available. It was very clean and well cared for. Brandon was very responsive to our questions and sent us very specific and helpful directions to the property. We had a great time!

The place was amazing and if anything had to much to do. My 2 year old grandson and my 30 year old kids we always busy playing. Had contacted the manager about a problem and he responded and fixed it in a very timely manner.

Huge home with fun rooms

My sister and our daughters stayed here for a girls weekend. There are so many fun rooms and spaces in this home. Very kid and dog friendly. The home is a beautiful home in a strange location, but it didn't bother us. It is also next to a dog boarding business, but the owners took precautions to try and minimize any noise, which we appreciated. We didn't use the precautions as we love dogs, and occasional barking doesn't bother us.
