Horrible experience! We stayed here just overnight bc our flight got delayed so we needed something close to the airport, it was awful. Shuttle was unreliable. Staff was incompetent. I’m pretty sure they have one universal key for all the rooms, they original gave us an occupied room and opened it to people sleeping on the bed. Got scared-went back to front desk, then he gave us a “new” room… someone tried and succeeded to open our room at 5 am, if it wasn’t for the dead-bolt lock they would have entered our room while we were sleeping. DO NOT STAY HERE, extremely unsafe.

this place was really gross. i had to get help into my room every single time i left because the key would deactivate (no i didn’t let it touch my phone). the place reeked of weed and was very clearly a party hotspot, as all of my neighbors kept their doors open and music loud. I was traveling alone and felt unsafe the whole time. My door had such a large gap between it and the wall when closes that i had to squish towels in between the gap so that i didn’t feel so open to the hallway. my door did not lock other than the electronic card part but the lock itself didn’t stay put and I had to rely on the dead bolt which was not ideal as a 23 yo girl traveling alone.

There was supposed to be included pick up at the airport. I called the provided number continuously for twenty minutes during which the phone just rang and rang with no answer. I even tried texting which was offered as an alternative and never received any reply. I ended up getting an Uber to the hotel that I expect to be reimbursed for. When I finally arrived at the hotel I asked the desk clerk why no one answered the phone and his reply was he had just gotten there. I guess no one was there before him as he couldn’t say. Finally I scheduled a shuttle ride to the airport for 7:45 am and the morning clerk looked up in the book and then called the shuttle driver and was told he was running late. I got the feeling that if I hadn’t asked about the shuttle it would not have come. Both of these issues are inexcusable. The fee for the Uber ride was $15 and I will be expecting a refund!

The TV did not work, nor did the phone. The bathroom light would not turn off. The outlet behind the lamp, only one available for charging, came out of the wall. The bed was very comfy, so that’s a plus. Very dated rooms and could use some TLC. The lobby was nice and the bathrooms in the lobby were very nice, they need to carry that over to their rooms.

Hot breakfast with eggs and sausage. Very good. Staff friendly. Is an older building. Has direct TV and it doesn't work very well. Some outlets don't work. Bring a surge or extension cord for the one or two that actually works for charging your devices Overall clean quiet stay. No frills.

I don’t know what world this is a 4 star hotel in! Haha for real it’s 2 and a half stars in reality. This hotel was sufficient for an overnight stay after a cancelled flight close to the airport. The shuttles were included which was great. The room was clean but an absolute dump. Breakfast was your typical high fructose corn syrup and chemical Walmart style food. Meh.

AC good. Didn’t eat breakfast didn’t have time. Needs a new toilet seat and the toilet runs after flushing. Bed was large and comfortable. Staff very friendly. Ate at restaurant was ok. Would stay here again

The check-in was quick and the staff was very pleasant. The room condition was far from what on-line pictures looked like. It was definitely run down. In the morning when I turned on the lights, I found 4 bugs, I think cockroaches, but I’m not an insect expert. When I flew home, I unpacked and found another one of the bugs in my bathroom bag.

There were a lot of cosmetic blemishes that could've been fixed when the last update was done. Paint that could've been fixed, huge porcelain chips on the tub. Plus I had a silverfish insect in my shower. Overall the room was clean and halls smelled clean. Breakfast bar area was clean and food was standard but hot and fresh! My only complaint was I had asked 3 times for extra coffee and creamer/sugar packets brought to my room and I never got them!
