Great Stay

The flat was very new and clean. The location was extremely convenient. There are several nice restaurants within walking distance. The building was nice and quiet and the street parking was plentiful.

Clean, convenient and well-equipped

We had a great experience staying here. The kitchen had everything we needed (and more), it was super clean and super convenient with a parking garage. We’ll definitely stay here again when we’re passing through Salt Lake!

Sadly Disappointed

Modern East is not true. This is an older building with no elevators and very tiny garages that do not accommodate a large vehicle. It is a very long walk from that tiny garage to the back entrance door. That walk is made through thick ice and snow that the building most certainly did not address. No basis salt/pepper and seasonings and basic condiments usually found in these types of short term rental properties. Broken blinds also is not feasible based on what you charged us. Overall I would not recommend based on these factors alone.
