Property is under construction. Saddest continental breakfast I’ve ever seen. Was trying to get work done on laptop & staff member came directly to where I was sitting to start vacuuming out of all places - just vacuuming right under my feet. Carpers were absolute filth. Multiple stains all over my floor. Dirty stained shower curtain, ants in my room. Last but not least, my chreckout was 11am. I got a knock on my door at 10:30 am & housekeeping entered without me even having a second to respond & just stared at me. Glad I had clothes on.

This hotel is a Best Western that is being converted to a La Quinta. Upon checking in we were told that although we booked a room with two beds they oversold so they would upgrade us to a suite. This suite had 1 bed and. Pull out couch with no other standard furnishings other than a TV. Tried it for one night then demanded what we paid for. We’re told since we booked through Expedia they needed to save the rooms with 2 beds for those that booked directly. I asked why do you bother to advertise on Expedia when you hate having to accept these bookings. They found another room for us but there was a huge water leak the next morning in the hall which seemed like a water fall. Although hot breakfast was advertised and was a factor in our booking choice, we were told because of the remodel it was continental which consisted of bread and cereal with no milk which the workers doing the remodel used up making their home made shakes. No breakfast added 30-50 dollars to our trip each day having to eat out. Our daily requests to have our rooms serviced with fresh towels and trash disposal were ignored. They acted like they never heard of having to service rooms. Really close down during remodel and don’t advertise on 3rd party booking if you do not want this business!

Checked in my room and nothing was cleaned. Had bloody towels and dirty sheets with trash everywhere. None of the cleaning staff understood English when we asked them to clean the room thinking we wanted room service. It was filthy and disgusting the room also had broken parts of the wall. Also never got my deposit back. Just terrible and unsanitary.

Front desk was super nice even in the wee hours of 2 AM when we finally arrived. Rooms are spacious and clean and newly renovated. The bed was absolutely comfortable. This was a great stop and the price was right.
