The apartment is fully equipped to ensure your comfort. It features a queen-size bed and a double sofa bed. The kitchen is complete with a refrigerator, 4-burner gas stove, gas oven, microwave, and utensils like an Italian coffee maker, blender, sandwich maker, a set of pots, cutlery, plates, cups, glasses, wine glasses, and a knife set. Both the living room and bedroom are equipped with air conditioning and blackout curtains for added convenience. The balcony has a table with 4 chairs, perfect for relaxing moments. The apartment also includes a Smart TV with streaming services, internet, open TV, and an electronic lock. In the laundry area, you’ll find a washing machine, vacuum cleaner, hairdryer, iron, and basic items to make your stay more comfortable.

The condominium offers several common areas for residents, all located on the rooftop.

The coworking space operates daily from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., ideal for those who need a quiet environment to work or study.

The playroom has open access and is always available for children to enjoy safely.

The pool undergoes maintenance on Mondays and also on Tuesdays until 9 a.m. After that time, and from Wednesday to Sunday, it is open for everyone to use.

Due to the limited capacity of the common areas, the condominium assembly decided to restrict the use of the pool and rooftop by short-term rental guests on New Year’s Eve (12/31).

The communication with guests is done as promptly as possible to make them feel welcomed, both through the platform and by phone.
