Excellent apartment located in the Água condominium (Residencial Canoas 2), with complete infrastructure in Guarajuba, it has an excellent structure with 24 hour security, reception, barbecue, swimming pool and garden.

My space is located on the 1st floor and has 2 air-conditioned suites. In addition, it has a cozy living room with a sofa bed, Smart TV with cable channels, a full kitchen and a balcony with a hammock and a view of the condominium.

We take care of the house with all the affection and care in order to provide you with the greatest comfort and the best possible stay.

*We provide bed and bath linen for your stay with us;

**We do not charge electricity fees for average daily consumption of 30kWh/day. If this amount is exceeded, the excess will be charged at check-out. Water and gas already included in the rate;

***A deposit of R$700.00 must be paid. It must be made via bank transfer within 7 days after confirming the reservation and the refund will be within 7 working days after check-out (For New Year's Eve reservations the deposit will be doubled);

****It will be necessary to send the documents of all guests for registration and release at the concierge/property.

The composition of the dwellings is next:

- Suite 1: 1 double bed, blackout curtains, closets and split air conditioning.

- Suite 2: 2 single beds, blackout curtains and split air conditioning.

Access to the apartment is by stairs.

The condominium has a large structure with 24-hour security, reception, barbecue, freezer, Smart TV, pool and garden.

Guarajuba is one of the most beautiful beaches on the North Coast and has recently been awarded the Blue Flag* certificate, being an excellent place to get in touch with nature, rest and enjoy with the family! Its distance to Salvador International Airport is 30 km.

Guests will have access to the entire space of the house without restrictions.

- Salvador: 65 km;
- Praia do Forte: 14 km, where the Tamar project is located, restaurants; kiosks with natural pools;
- Mangue Seco: 140 km.

*Blue Flag Certificate: Considered one of the most recognized voluntary eco-labels in the world and that only 14 beaches have conquered. This symbol represents that there is a sustainable tourism combined with the intense preservation of the environment. For this achievement, Praia de Guarajuba had to go through a long prerequisite process that lasted more than 1 year, ranging from water quality assessment to environmental management.
