This wonderful house located in Residencial Alto da Enseada is suitable for 8 people comfortably. It has 2 beautiful suites and 1 bedroom, all with air conditioning; bright and airy living and dining rooms; a fully equipped kitchen with all the essentials for your stay and, best of all, a furnished gourmet area with barbecue and garden!

The condominium has an excellent swimming pool, meeting room and children's playground!

We take great care of the house in order to provide you with the greatest comfort and the best possible stay.

*We provide bed linen and towels for your stay with us;

*We do not charge electricity for an average daily consumption of 30kWh/day. If you exceed this amount, the excess will be charged at check-out. Water and gas are already included in the rate;

***A deposit of R$900,00is required. This must be paid via bank transfer within 7 days after confirmation of the reservation and will be refunded within 7 business days after check-out (For New Year's Eve reservations, the deposit amount will be doubled);

****All guests must send their documents for registration and release at the reception/property.

*******We do not allow guest changes while the stay is in progress, even if the number of people remains within the permitted capacity of the property.

Suite 2 (Superior): 1 queen bed, 1 single mattress, air conditioning, curtains, blackout curtains and wardrobe.

Bedroom (Ground floor): 1 queen bed, air conditioning, curtains and blackout curtains.

Praia do Forte is an excellent place to be in contact with nature and relax on the beautiful beaches and pool of my place. In addition, its intense nightlife, with many options of bars and restaurants, is a strong point of the location. All these attractions make my place an excellent choice to please different types of tastes, since it has the balance between peace, relaxation and nightlife.
