***A deposit of R$900.00 must be paid. It must be made via bank transfer within 7 days after confirming the reservation and the refund will be within 7 working days after check-out (For New Year's Eve reservations the deposit will be doubled);

****It will be necessary to send the documents of all guests for registration and release at the concierge/property.

All these attractions make my space an excellent choice to please different types of tastes, as it has a balance between peace, rest and the hustle and bustle of the village.
