The apartment features a comfortable living room with air conditioning, a retractable sofa, and a 44" smart TV — perfect for relaxing after a day out. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, two-burner induction cooktop, blender, sandwich maker, electric coffee maker, stainless steel moka pot, water dispenser, dish rack, floor and sink trash bins, detergent dispenser, and sink squeegee. It also includes a full set of kitchenware: dinnerware, cutlery, water glasses, wine glasses, coffee cups, a thermos, juice pitcher, placemats, lidded pots, frying pan, milk pot, can opener, corkscrew, strainer, cutting board, trivet, pasta strainer, scissors, and other useful utensils.

The bedroom offers air conditioning, a 43" smart TV, ironing board, iron, hangers, and a full-length mirror. The bathroom is equipped with an electric shower, bidet shower, hair dryer, toilet brush, pedal bin, and mirror. For added convenience, a collapsible bucket, clothes drying rack, and clothespins are also provided.

The pool is usually closed on Mondays for treatment, but it may also be closed on other days for maintenance by the condominium management.

1 parking spot available. The use of the garage is on a first-come, first-served basis. Once the maximum capacity is reached, you will not be allowed to park your vehicle inside the building's garage.

During the period of Salvador's Carnaval, the use of the parking space is restricted, and it is not possible for guests to use it. The reason is the vehicle circulation restrictions imposed by the Salvador City Hall.
