With a living area of approximately 160 m², the house offers generous space and comfort. On the ground floor you will find a charming kitchen open to the living room. Natural stone walls, old wooden beams and the original fireplace create a warm and authentic atmosphere, while the modern kitchen appliances meet all contemporary standards.
The bright living room opens directly onto the terrace and features a spacious dining area seating up to 8 people. On this floor there are two double bedrooms sharing a bathroom with walk in shower, washbasin and separate toilet.
A wooden staircase leads to the upper floor, where you will find a third spacious double bedroom, a landing with a sofa bed and space for a travel cot, as well as a second modern bathroom.

Outside
Several terraces surround the house, offering both sunny and shaded spots. The heated private swimming pool measuring 4.5 x 10 metres is the heart of outdoor living and offers beautiful views. Sun loungers and parasols are provided. Near the pool there is a large terrace with a covered outdoor kitchen, a generous dining table and a table tennis table. Parking is available on the property.
