A lovely ground floor apartment with shared indoor & outdoor swimming pool

Located in Samoens within 10 minutes easy walking access to the town centre. An excellent location for family winter and summer holidays with easy access to the Grand Massif ski slopes and the many other winter and summer activities. Les Fermes de Samoens complex is on the blue skibus route, which stops every 15 minutes during ski season.
Ground floor apartment of 50m2 has three bedrooms:
Double bedroom with built-in double wardrobe including shelves.
Bunk room with built in wardrobe and shelves
Alcove room has a single bed or twin beds. Built-in wardrobe and shelves. Note this room is separated from the hall with a privacy curtain.
Bathroom with rain shower. Separate toilet with washbasin.
The spacious open-plan kitchen, diner and lounge has a sofa, large screen smart TV, Playstation2/DVD player plus a stereo CD player. Selection of films, books and family games.
Internet 4G router and wifi.
Kitchen is new in 2023 fully equipped with induction hob, dishwasher, smart oven with microwave function, coffee maker, kettle and toaster.
Dining table with bench and 5 chairs. New for 2018 - comfy seat pads on the chairs and bench for those long after-dinner conversations!
New shower room, with rain shower. Separate toilet with sink.
Ski locker included, big enough for 6 sets of skis/snowboards.
Outside there is a private deck with new larger table with sun umbrella and reclining chairs which opens onto the communal gardens and swimming pool.
The complex has an indoor swimming pool with sauna and steam room available. Plus an outdoor swimming pool during the summer season (end of June to August).

Samoens is a real village with a long and interesting history and a genuine community feel. As a holiday destination it just gets better each year with new facilities and activities. Very family oriented; there is a schedule of activities in Samoens including lots for the children, most are free. During the winter season the Grand Massif Express cable car is only 7 minutes away by skibus with access to the whole Grand Massif ski domain. Plus there are many other winter activities including ice skating, snow shoeing, fat biking and many more.
The summer season is really special; the weather is great, the town lido with four pools is open, tennis, cycling, mountain biking, white-water rafting, walking, climbing, via ferrata, horse riding, paragliding, the list is endless!

Excellent position for a skiing holiday. Bus for lifts at end of drive! Ski locker for all kit. Five adults stayed in this apartment and we were very comfortable. Short walk to supermarket, restaurants and bars. Excellent communication with property managers and maintenance team.

Simply marvellous

Lovely, well appointed and spacious apartment. Right on the ski bus route so convenient to get to the ski lift but only about 10/15 minute walk into Samoëns if you prefer. Would certainly visit again.

Very conveniently situated, ground floor, peaceful location, great views.

We have enjoyed a wonderful holiday here in your apartment in Samoens with fantastic weather. The tastefully furnished apartment is ideally situated for walking into the village or travelling further afield. The two swimming pools on site are an added bonus and the grassy area in front of the apartment is a great play area. We have enjoyed eating outside on the patio with the oh so comfy garden chairs and great large table.The chairs are also very useful for relaxing outside. Great shower, comfy beds and lovely big bath sheets! Really good heaters too if it gets chilly. Plenty of constant hot water. We have visited many places with magnificent scenery. One of our highlight trips was to Annecy, a most picturesque town on a lake. The waterfalls were amazing at Six-Fer-a-Cheval.

An excellent place to stay, very homely and thoughtful

We had a great stay here. The care and thought that has gone into making this accommodation feel homely and allowing you to concentrate on your holiday is very impressive. There were easy directions, lots of useful information and a welcome pack with tea, milk and more. The communication with the owners was quick and helpful every time. I just hope that we can stay again next year.

A fantastic base for a skiing holiday with everything you need in an excellent location

We had an excellent stay here for a skiing holiday in Samoens. The apartment was very comfortable for us (4 adults and 1 infant) and had everything we needed including a baby cot, highchair and fondu set! The ski bus is described as a 400m walk but in reality it is probably only a 2-3min walk so much more convenient than we originally thought. The ski bus runs every 15mins and drops you off right outside of the Grand Massif express cable car. This makes the location out of town irrelevant. That said, you can walk to the local supermarket in probably 10mins maximum and an extra 5mins takes you into the centre of the village should you wish to eat out. The accomodation was very clean and a lovely welcome pack of milk, orange juice and wine was waiting for us when we arrived. A perfect break and very much recommended! David

tout était impeccable et conforme à la présentation; seul petit couac : il me manquait le N° de l'appartement sur la page que j'avais imprimée et malheureusement le N° de la gérance immobilière que je devais joindre en cas de problème n'a jamais répondu... heureusement que nous avons pu enous débrouiller avec l'accueil du centre 'fermes de Samoens' qui ont été très gentils

Noous avons passé une semaine dans l'appartment pour des vacances de ski. Deux adultes et deux grands ados, mais on pourrait se loger à 5 sans souci. Très propre, décoré avec gout, confortable. Beaucoup d'espaces de rangement. Très bien accueilli par Jaimee. Je le conseille sans hésitation
