Chalet Bogema is located in village of Beli Iskar where you can breath the purest air in Bulgaria! Nestled around the majestic pine forests of Rila, the village of Beli Iskar is the best place for your vacation. The Villa has its own style with furniture from all over the world (Central America, Asia, etc). Here you'll find everything you need for a beautiful and complete vacation. Situated just 6 km away from the oldest ski resort Borovets and only 67 km away from Sofia.

Chalet Bogema is divided into 3 parts - Building One - a relax area with sauna and steam bath; a dining area with fully equipped kitchen and a fire place. Building Two - a 3-storey building for accommodation with four double rooms (one of which has 2 additional beds for children) and two apartments all with attached bathrooms. In the apartment on the third floor you could use the second fully equipped kitchen in the villa.
1st Floor:

For the best experience we can provide for you:

★ private transfer from Sofia Airport, Train and Bus station;
★ horse riding and fishing;
★ transfers to Ski Resort Borovets.

House Rules

To have as pleasant as possible stay in our apartment and to avoid eventual misunderstandings we kindly ask the guests to read the below information carefully:

1. Chalet Bogema is rented on a daily basis.
2. Check in time is from 10:00 AM till 20:00 PM, check out time is until 12:00 PM. In the event that guest stays in the house after check out time stated we are entitled to bill him/her for additional one night stay, unless agreed additional.
3. Guests are obliged to carry their valuables with them. Homeowners cannot take any responsibility in safekeeping your belongings.
4. Animals and pets are not allowed unless agreed upon.
5. The guests are allowed to receive visitors as long as they observe the previous of house rules.
6. Guests are obliged to carefully treat the amenities of the Villa as well as technical equipment and installations. Any damages made must be compensated to homeowners.
7. The guests are obliged to leave the property in the same conditions as they found it, clean, tidy and undamaged.
8. Upon departing the guests are obliged to close all windows, turn off all water faucets as well as any electrical appliances and lights and to shut the door of the apartment as they leave.
9. In the event when any of these rules is in breach homeowners reserves their rights to cancel the stay for the guests and declare them as “’undesirable”.
10. The Homeowners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities.
11. Homeowners are not responsible for the consequences of force majeure such as:
Disappearance/loss/theft of personal /valuables and technical goods in case of burglary; cuts of water supply; safety of elevators and heating in the building; non – functioning of Internet and cable television due to technical problems with providers; power outages in the building and other possible damages that homeowners were not able to prevent or stop.

In case of flood, fire or any other emergency situations please promptly notify homeowners.

By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.
