We didn’t end up staying here cause the property was nothing like the photos they posted online. However they do have two sister hotels that we were able to upgrade to in town.

The worst hotel ever

Absolutely horrible experience. The beach is disgusting and stinks and looks nothing like in the photos. The rooms also stink and are so humid that the surfaces are wet to the touch. The faucets are filthy with built up grime. Breakfast is barely edible. The location is horrible and sketchy. Thin walls so all you hear is motorcycles and dogs all night. The property absolutely does not match the description so moved hotels after the 1st night in order to be able to enjoy our stay in San Andres. The property refused a refund for the rest of our stay despite the advertisement being nothing like the property.

This place does not look like the pictures,

Absolutely awful experience the place around this hotel is dangerous do not stay here the beach is dirty and has junk everywhere, they tried to stiff me on check-in and not give me the room I paid for… do not stay here.

Can not recommend

The hotel has a great beach area. That's about all that is good. It's located near a busy street in between local residences. We were told that just for one night, we would have to stay in a room that faced the street, but would be moved the next day. It was very noisey and felt almost like the cars and motorcycles were passing through our room. On the second day I inquired about being moved. The female attendant stated at 1pm a different room would be available. At 2pm we found out we could not switch rooms, so we spent another noisey night. On the third day we got to the room and found the room had been cleaned but no towels were left for us. Annoyed we spoke to a second female attendant who finally got our room changed. That day we had no hot water, as someone failed to pay the bill. The break fast was not good at all. Extremely slow service and a plain menu. Breakfast was not included, which I didn't originally realize otherwise I would have ate elsewhere. Overall the service was terrible. The attitude of the attendants were rude and unhelpful. We spent most of our time over at Coco Plum using their bar and beach area.

Relaxing

We stayed in different hotels within the island and this was my favourite by far. The room was bright and stylish but simple at the same time, the atmosphere was relaxing, good amenities. On the down side is that there is very limited choice of places to eat around the hotel but the ones there are are simple but tasty. They were welcoming and warm until we left.

Quiet spot right on the beach

Quiet part of the island, about 10 minutes from central San Andrés. Right on the beach with access by launch to nearby islands. No restaurant. Breakfast is provided at a cost per selection. Staff is small and slow to respond to your needs.

Love the beach!

The hotel has a fairly decent beach but not much else there. No restaurants close by. Little tiendas for cerveza and mixers but that's about it. Friendly staff and attentive, especially during their one meal, breakfast. Too bad I don't think they much care what room you reserve. I booked a sea view but they'd given it away by the time I got there and when the original parties left we weren't offered to change. Be prepared for that. They may have actually rented our room completely if we'd arrived any later. That's really my only complaint.

Staff ruin paradise

Prior to stay, received no response to email asking about the directions or cost by taxi to the hotel. Received no automatic mail to advise the reception closes at a certain time. A neighbour checked us in, however he didn't understand we had a booking already, and tried 'very hard' to overcharge us. No restaurants in the area after 6pm - just a residence only restaurant at a nearby apartment place. Hard to get food, as limited supply. The room is clean. The shower is hot. Both pluses The staff are terrible. Or at least the receptionist is terrible. No personality, not friendly, no interest in the customers, Overall this is a very overpriced stay. The beach is nice, the room is comfortable an the shower is nice. But being attempted to be overcharged on arrival, and the conduct of the staff as well as the lack of restaurants nearby. Stay somewhere else

Habitación súper cómoda, con todas las comodidades. El desayuno fantástico (con varias opciones para elegir). Lo mejor, la posibilidad de utilizar los otros hoteles de la cadena (ya que no pudimos utilizar la salida a la playa, sólo reposeras para sentarse a disfrutar de las vistas).
