When we arrived the first room we were given was dirty the sheets were dirty and had blood on then. We were given a new room those sheets were dirty and had blood on them. I had them change the sheets. There were dead bugs all over the floor. And the toilet stopped working. And smelled bad. The 3rd room we moved to was at least clean. Sad to have to include that as a plus.

There were ants in the bed, the blankets were dirty, there was no cold water only hot water and it was a huge inconvenience for my daughter and I to bathe. There were cockroaches in the food area and flies...it was a very bad experience😖

Place was amazing, I was for sure surprised with the place and the room. I wasn’t expecting much but it exceeded my expectations. Front desk workers were very nice, will be back!
