The check in process was good. We got into our room wanting to watch the college football game. We could not get the tv to work. I called and the maintenance person came amd tried. No luck. He gave us the broadband number for YS to get the problem resolved. That’s not something WE should have to do. The next morning I got out of the shower and there was no hair dryer in the room. I had to wait for that to be brought up. And no coffee available outside of breakfast hours. The room was very nice and clean but just not the type of stay we’d do again.
