Place is dirty, rooms smelled like mildew and bathrooms had obvious signs of mold definitely not worth what they charge. For the cherry on top Staff is rude, they ALL seem to have an attitude all the time. Be very careful if you still decide to book, I accidentally booked the wrong room type and management would not work with me or hotels.com to accommodate a king room to a queen bed room. Staff (SAMATHA) response was “a double queen room is not available” which was not at all true because I was able to book another room with them without a problem, however after seeing how dirty the rooms were I wish I would’ve just paid the cancellation fees. Prior to coming I also received harassing calls from Samantha to book another room and was pushing to pay cancellation fees instead of putting me through with management as requested on multiple occasions. Breakfast is also mediocre, and staff serving it will throw things at you if you dare to ask for anything like “more coffee” or “a spoon”. It was a convenient stay to the nearby location I was visiting town for but still not worth it, won’t be staying again. Do your research before booking, I seriously think they write most of their reviews because it just doesn’t match the quality of stay or service provided.

WiFi was good but Definitely needs a flexible work desk, it’s attached to wall unit and cannot move or lower, it was too high to work comfortably. Desk chair was broken, they had to replace. Shower was not sparkling clean. Water in bathroom sink & shower was always medium warm, could not get cold or hot water. Drawers kept sliding open, would not stay shut. Bed was good, comfortable sleep. Breakfast definitely needs cleaner ingredient healthier options along with Gluten free, Dairy free choices.
