I purchased an insurance to make sure I can get refunded some if not all of anything arise. It happened before. So I paid extra. We could not make it since the husband had health emergency. Called the hotel & was told they don’t have issues with it & that I call Expedia. Expedia told me the property manager would not sign the waiver so I didn’t get a refund. To whoever’s side is that supposedly, considering an additional insurance fee is there, that is a bogus. I didn’t get a refund & on the other end we didn’t get paid for days he was absent for work.
