Hello everyone! This is A Little House close to Historic discrict of San Antonio, Texas. This little house is Just a Minutes from the Alamodome, Convention Center, Tower of the Americas, Riverwalk, Downtown San Antonio.

This Amazing place is a New home, Modern, spacious for 1 Bedroom / 1 bathroom and sectional sofa that can be converted in to sofa bed is perfect for Small Families.

The property owner was very communicative, however the area didn’t feel safe. Also there was a lot of neighborhood dogs and one in the main house that I knew my ESA dog would not be settled with all of them. Also, we did check in early but the home was not clean to the standards of other places we have stayed.

Perfect for a weekend getaway!

We came to town for a concert at Frost bank and also wanted to explore the riverwalk, so this property was the perfect location between the 2. Clean and looked just as pictured. Would absolutely stay again!

Quiet neighborhood, great proximity to places.

The neighborhood is quiet, so we slept well. The house is comfy & just as described. There are lots of places you can walk to eat, drink, or enjoy some time out. The proximity to Alamadome, town, and eateries is great. Host is quick to respond to your messages.

It did the job

The place was reasonably clean, it was a stones throw from downtown, and the host was really nice. The water pressure in the shower was almost non-existent, and the first night, it did have a couple of cold spikes, Still not bad for the location and price.

Cute little Mother in Law type house

The house is small and super cute. We came for a concert so we didn’t stay in the house other than to sleep but we enjoyed it. I didn’t see any of the issues I read from others stays.

Conveniently Located

Bring a fly swatter, shower shoes, and a portable fan. 🙂 The guest home is equivalent to an efficiency 1 bdrm, so it has everything you need honestly. The owner is available throughout the day which adds to the convenience's. I stayed 1 night, and I got my money’s worth. I’d probably stay again if I was exploring the same area.

Could Be Better with some TLC

I wish I could say I found the property adequate for my needs but considering everything it really wasn't. It had several nice touches: the vaulted ceilings made a small space feel bigger, the plants in the kitchen windows were nice. The places that needed to be clean were clean - the kitchen, the bathroom, the bedroom. Some finishing touches would be nice, such as a soap dish and bath rug for the slippery floor. The front porch furniture was filthy. The location close to downtown is good, and there is a very good bar/cafe down the street (The Cherrity Bar). It is a rough part of town though, lots of angry dogs in fenced yards, glass in the streets. Owners were not responsive. The first day I was there I sent an email about TV not working, 3 days later I heard nothing and the TV still doesn't work.
