Room was nice and clean. Loved the king size bed. I would probably bring my own pillow next time just because I like a really soft pillow. The neighborhood is quiet. I will definitely stay here again

I loved the coziness of the entire estate. From the swinging benches to the actual room itself, everything was lovely. Amanda was super nice and knowledgeable about the property and rooms. I was also able to get food delivered to the house which was nice!

My son and I stayed 2 nights for a concert and a trip to the zoo. Parking is along the street. Check-in was super easy. We walked to the concert venue and back which was just about 15 minutes. The zoo was about a 10 minute drive. Lots of stuff near. Rooms were very clean. The whole property is really nice. The staff was very friendly. The included breakfast was a nice choice of quick and easy foods like fresh pastries, yogurt, bagels, boiled eggs, oatmeal, cereal, etc. A nice selection of coffee available 24 hours in the dining room. We would stay again and recommend this place to anyone staying in San Antonio.

My wife and I had a lovely experience staying here while we were in town my a family member's birthday. It's in the middle of a very pleasant residential neighborhood, but there are plenty of places to eat and drink within a short walk. The staff were very attentive, but also allowed us our privacy. The decor in the common areas were particularly nice. We'd go back any time.

I was in town to visiting my son. I wanted to find a place for us to stay that felt like home. This was the place! Lovely historic, renovated home located in an historic neighborhood that’s close to downtown and other amenities. Accommodations are updated without losing the historic charm. Amanda was incredibly gracious and hospitable. We look forward to our next day!
