I loved the coziness of the entire estate. From the swinging benches to the actual room itself, everything was lovely. Amanda was super nice and knowledgeable about the property and rooms. I was also able to get food delivered to the house which was nice!

There were only two other rooms in use so parking on the street was not a problem but I could see where it would be if they were full. Beautiful historic home, very comfortable with a window unit in each room. Breakfast was okay, truly continental, but no one starved. Staff very friendly and attentive.

Great: location, staff, breakfast. Main house is beautiful and comfortable with wonderful porch swings. The yard also has great seating areas and an outdoor fireplace. We stayed in the back house which was just okay. The bed was very comfortable, heating/air con worked well but the bathroom is tiny and rather "dingy". There was a kitchenette with a microwave but no dishes or cutlery. We kept the blinds to the windows closed because they all had a view of the alley so it made the room very claustrophobic.
