Wonderful!

I stayed at Anna’s house and had a “sleepover” with my grandsons on 3 of my 5 nights. We had a terrific time. The house is beautiful and in a great neighborhood. Anna was wonderful and I was delighted to meet her. I wil definitely try to break here again in February when I come back if it’s available.

Excellent San Antonio home in Stone Oak

One of the cleanest homes we’ve rented. I must say the pictures don’t do it justice. It is super clean and very well appointed. Nice cookware and glassware. All the linens and towels matched and were new. Comfy beds. Great location. We would absolutely rent here again.

Great location for family vacation rental

We had a great stay. The home had a great air conditioner and hot water heater, it was clean and inviting. The location made it convenient to get to several of the tourist locations in and around San Antonio.

We enjoyed our stay. The house was very roomy. Everyone in our group had plenty of room to spread out and be comfortable. The neighborhood was very quite. It was exactly what we were looking for. Woild definitely stay here again.

Great place to recover!!

We chose this place because it was close to United Methodist Hospital Stone Oak and doctor offices! This location was everything we were looking for in order to have a surgery and then a place to recover! The property manager was available through text and phone and answered all our concerns! The surrounding location was excellent for food choices and groceries The neighborhood was quiet and friendly. Our two week stay was made easier due to the floor plan of this remodeled home!

Perfect house, perfect location

Stayed at this house with my elderly mother and in-laws. I chose this house because there would be no stairs to navigate, and the extra beds in the two bedrooms. It was perfect for our family. Everything in the house is updated and immaculate. You can tell the housekeeper pays attention to detail...the house was spotlessly clean. Our flight was delayed the day we were checking out, and asked the owner Ana at the last minute if we could stay in the house until later in the day (check out later) so we wouldn't have to carry our luggage all over town all day....she was so fast to respond to our need, and was so accommodating to our last minute request. It was such a relief. Highly recommend staying at this place. The location was perfect for our needs. Wonderful neighborhood. 15 minutes away from airport. 23 minutes from downtown riverwalk.

Long Term (30+) Day Stay

We are in the process of moving to SA and have had to bounce around a few different rental properties due to delays in our build. With that said, this was the 3rd property we rented. Our experience with the homeowner both online and in person was stressful. (We had AMAZING experiences at our other locations.) It made an already extra stressful time in our life abundantly worse. Because of the market here, we had no other choice but to make it work. I expect smooth and easy when using VRBO. Book, check in, check out. When additional communication is required, I have come accustomed to property owners being kind, friendly and accommodating. We did not have this kind of experience with this property. Also, the floors made our feet and socks black no matter how many times I cleaned them- I have a crawling infant, so floor cleanliness matters a lot to me. It was very very frustrating. The homeowner blamed us for this when I brought it to her attention the day after we moved in. Though, clearly, there was an issue with the floors. I have never experienced floors like this and the rudness of the homeowner when I brought this to her attention was unacceptable. We also had to deal with ants our first day after moving in and were blamed for that as well, which makes no sense. I could add more, but I think this would-be enough info for me if I was reading this review.
