Great Hotel in a Great Location

This was another excellent stay at the Pear Tree Inn. Clean, Safe, Affordable, Friendly Staff, good breakfast buffet and evening snacks are the reasons I keep coming back to this hotel each time I am in San Antonio.

Loved everything about the property with one only exception. I didn't like the toilet paper holder. The toilet paper kept falling off. But everything else was just perfect. Love the turquoise headboart. Loved outlets on the night stand and lamps with switches easily in reach. The bedding was soft and clean. The refridgerator, microwave, hair dryer and full size ironing board with iron made everything feel like home.

Convenient location, comfortable stay

Excellent, convenient location. Clean, spacious, quiet and with decent-sized lobby and cafe area for waiting on or meeting people. I appreciated all the outlets in the lobby area for charging laptops or phones. The room was comfortable, as was the bed. The microwave in the room was great and allowed for taking home leftovers from restaurants. I used the treadmill at the gym every day for a short run. The power went out once throughout the building during my stay. I didn’t bother to ask what happened because it came back on within 30 minutes or less. Overall, excellent place to stay while visiting family for the weekend.
