Relax and recharge at this spacious 4-bedroom, 2.5-bath home featuring a private pool, hot tub, and game room—perfect for families, groups, and friends. Located just minutes from SeaWorld, Six Flags, and Lackland Air Force Base, this inviting retreat offers the ideal balance of comfort, fun, and convenience.
The space
The open layout connects the kitchen, dining, and living areas—ideal for group gatherings or quiet relaxation. Natural light fills the space, and sliding doors lead to your private backyard oasis.

Challenge your crew or cool off in the air-conditioned game room, featuring a full-size pool table, foosball, arcade games, and a 75” Smart TV—perfect for movie nights or game-day excitement.
Kitchen & Dining
The large kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook and share meals together:
Keurig coffee bar (pods provided), toaster, blender, dishwasher, and new LG fridge with filtered water. The dining table seats 10, and a nearby washer and dryer makes fresh laundry easy.
Backyard Oasis
Step outside to your private retreat featuring a pool, hot tub, fire pit, outdoor TV, and BBQ grill.
The hot tub heats up to 102°F at no extra charge via an app. The pool is cleaned weekly, though our shady oak tree may occasionally share a few leaves while keeping the area cool. There is a pool net available should you want to skim the surface during your stay.
Sleeping Arrangements
• Bedroom 1: King bed + desk workspace
• Bedroom 2: King bed + Queen sleeper sofa + desk workspace
• Bedroom 3: King bed
• Bedroom 4: Twin-over-full bunk bed
• Living Room: Queen sized air mattress for 2 and comfy sofa for 1
Each room includes fresh linens, cozy bedding, and thoughtful touches for a restful stay.
