First off, the hotel is very clean! I really liked that the room were carpet-free. Beds were comfy and clean. The AC worked perfectly. The only negative comment was that the elevator was not working properly the first night, but was fixed by the next day

I’ve stayed at Red Roof before and always had good experiences, which is why we paid an extra $25 per night to stay here instead of a cheaper hotel that was closer to our family reunion. We booked two rooms for our big family, expecting a comfortable and clean stay. Unfortunately, cleanliness was a major issue. In one of the rooms, my 3-year-old found a cigarette butt on the floor. Thankfully, we caught it before she started playing with it. Both rooms had mildew in the toilets, and in the room I stayed in, about three roaches crawled onto the bed while I was laying down (as shown in the pictures). These may not be “huge” problems to some, but cleanliness is extremely important to me, and this stay did not meet expectations. I honestly should’ve gone with the cheaper hotel.

This Red Roof Inn is individually owned and located in a commercial area of town. There are no restaurants around the area at all. The hotel offers "room service" but they must order from a food delivery service such as Door Dash. My room was a "Standard Room" No frills, no refrigerator, no microwave, no work desk. Just a bed, bathroom and some beat up furniture. My bathroom had a heavy urine smell. I changed rooms, but got the same exact room, but on a different floor. This hotel is close to the airport, but a car is needed if you want to go to resturants or shop. As a single woman traveling alone, this hotel did not make me feel safe. I checked out immediately. The staff though was very nice.

We were told we could not stay there. They said we stole all the linens and when I asked th for proof they could not show us any. Asked to see camera and they claim they did not have any and we saw them. We stay there a lot and they said we know. Told her we have no reason to take it and they said we could at any other red roof. Think they were upset that I said it he lobby reeked of pot and my 5 year old was with me. I never stole a darn thing. But it’s ok they lost our business.
