The tv was not working at first, I asked the clerk upfront if we could get it fixed. I also explained to her that our shower had hair all on the wall inside she said she would have someone clean it. When I returned back to the hotel hours later the hair was still on the shower wall. It was multiple strand of hair and shaved hair.
