Awesome location, very relaxing stay

Great location, very nice apartment, arrived later than expected (midnight due to flights), managed to contact, owner to let me in, (ok no spanish, but worked out all fine), get a little bit of street noise at night, but the apartment is very central, with a tour operator right next door!

Localização excelente. Ambiente limpo, silencioso, com utensílios de cozinha, aquecimento central e a praticidade de um apto com privacidade e com disponibilidade de diversos eletrodomésticos, utensílios de cozinha, roupas de cama e toalhas (trocadas no 3 dia de hospedagem). O dono do estabelecimento, Alberto, foi cordial e sempre esteve disponível para qualquer ajuda. Como sugestão de melhoria, o sinal de internet teria que ser melhorado, pois é intermitente e, às vezes, muito lento. No geral, recomendo sem restrições.

Perfeito.

Adorei tudo. O apartamento é muito tranquilo, sem barulho pra dormir. Suficiente para duas pessoas, a cozinha com tudo o que precisamos (só senti falta de vazilhas pra guardar comida, as vezes tinha que deixar a carne temperada na panela mesmo, na geladeira) e principalmente o Sr. Alberto foi super legal em deixar a gente ficar até as 14:00. Extrapolamos um pouco esse horário, rsrs, mas foi muita gentileza dele. Eu vou ficar nesse lugar sempre que for em bariloche e indicar pra todos que vão, primeiro pela localização, não ta naquela muvuca da Mitre e os preços ao redor são mais justos do que cobrado perto da mitre. Segundo que o valor do apartamento é muito bom, vem com tudo o que você precisa. Eu adorei a estadia.

Comodidade no Centro de Bariloche

Ótima localização, bem próximo ao centro comercial da Cidade. O Flat é muito bem equipado e o sistema de aquecimento é excelente. Rede Wi-Fi também muito boa.

Hotel tipo Flat

Hotel é muito bem localizado, na verdade parece mais um flat, que hotel. São apartamentos montados, cozinha com toda estrutura, louças, torradeira, microondas, geladeira, fogão 2 bocas, etc. Não tem café da manhã, nem serviço de quarto. Fomos, meu marido, meu filho (13 anos) e eu, ficamos com 2 apartamentos conjugados, muito bom. Só acho que poderiam melhorar na limpeza. Quando chegamos, no quarto merecia um capricho na faxina... Mas de resto, tudo bom!

Buena ubicación

Es un apartahotel tranquilo, cómodo, limpio y dotado con lo necesario, esta bien ubicado, el paradero del bus es muy cerca, los restaurantes y tiendas están en la misma calle. Su parqueadero interior es limitado pero en la calle se puede parquear.

Ao chegar no aeroporto havia um taxista enviado pelo hotel a a nos aguardar. No hotel fomos prontamente acolhido por Alberto que nos acompanhou até o quarto onde repassou informações diversas sobre o funcionamento do quarto e se colocou à disposição para tornar nossa estadia mais agradável possível. O quarto é exatamente a expressão daquilo que se apresenta nas fotografias. As informações são seguras e a hospitalidade de Alberto é extraordinária. O quarto é funcional, a cozinha contém todos os itens que um brasileiro precisa para preparar seu café da manhã e os lanches. E aqueles que quiserem se aventurar a cozinhar também encontrará as condições para fazê-lo. O único ponto que pode ser melhorado é cortina de plástico do banheiro, a banheira estava um pouco suja e as toalhas não são da melhor qualidade. Mais isso é detalhe e uma sugestão de melhoria para o proprietário do estabelecimento.

Ficamos 7 dias hospedados, saíamos pela manhã para passear e voltávamos no fim da tarde. Atendeu nossas expectativas pelo que necessitávamos: Bom banheiro, calefação eficiente, cozinha equipada, armários e wifi. Quando precisei contactar o proprietário/gerente, o fiz pelo whatsapp e sempre respondeu prontamente. Quando necessitei de ajuste na cama ele resolveu no dia seguinte.

Foi tudo conforme o esperado, o local é muito bom, perto de tudo, silencioso, seguro. Não tivemos qualquer problema. O proprietário entrou em contato comigo alguns dias antes da data da estadia, o que dá muita segurança para a viagem. Foi tudo perfeito.
