Location, location, location! I was right in the heart of Bariloche and able to walk everywhere. I even enjoyed beautiful sunsets from my balcony. The staff was very friendly and always assisted me with anything I needed. I loved the breakfasts and especially the charming tea room where they were served each morning. I felt very safe and well cared for throughout my stay. Highly recommended for anyone wanting comfort and a perfect location in Bariloche.

The room was a great size, the location of the hotel was amazing - right at the city centre and with both rooms and the restaurant facing the lake, but the best of all was the team working at the hotel - everyone was very welcoming, helpful and friendly. Excellent location just a block from the central plaza and many shops and restaurants. It has a beautiful breakfast room looking over the lake and serves a good breakfast. On the other hand, we had a small room. Highs in February varied wildly between 19 C and 29 with no air conditioning and opening the window resulted in considerable street noise as we faced the street side.
