The positive: There's permanently someone at the front desk you can talk to in case of a question or an issue. The staff are attentive and responsive. The hotel is located very close to the centre where you can find plenty of restaurants, caffe and bars. The breakfasts are good. The negative: The rooms are small. The isolation is poor. People talking in the corridor felt like they're standing and talking inside my room. The facilities are old. Hot water is not really hot in the busiest hour of the morning. Broken and falling towel handle in the bathroom. The bathroom is very small. The only place where you can put your stuff is on the toilet. It takes about 15 minutes to the toilet to refill after its fully flushed.(I can’t say the exact time. It feels like ages) I thought there's some problem with the toilet. I asked the lady at the front desk to send someone to check. The same lady showed up in my room 15 minutes later to show me there's no issue. It just takes a very long time. Apparently she knew that. I had to stay one more night in Bariloche due to the change of my schedule. I preferred to pack my bag and move to another hotel.

Fui una semana. El desayuno regular, podrían ponerle algo de fruta y/o proteina, era pura harina con untables. Los cuartos tenes que abrir la ventana porque te ponen la calefacción al mango y por las noches te levantas sediento. Asegúrense de que les cobren todo porque me cobraron un impuesto a los 6 días de haber estado.

Lo mejor del hostel es su gente todos muy amables en especial Elias que nos ayudo un montón, nos quedamos una noche menos y el nos pago el taxi como resarcimiento, me pareció muy noble de su parte.

Ganas de llorar en Bariloche

AL llegar nos encontramos con un Hotel en muy mal estado, para destacar la amabilidad y preocupación de su Recepcionista, la habitaciones TERRIBLES sucias en muy mal estado, los amenace con publicar su estado y por la diligencia de esta señorita y la propietaria del hotel fuimos cambiados a otro de los hoteles de su esposo al parecer y este MUCHO MEJOR

Muy caro para un hostal

El hostal tiene buena ubicacion, no es muy confortable un solo cuarto para 4 personas, entiendo que era temporada alta pero por el mismo valor ($422 dolares) que pagué por 1 cuarto con 3 camas para 4 personas por 2 noches, pegué (450 dolares)en el hotel Radisson de Montevideo por 2 cuartos cada uno con 2 camas para los mismos 4 y por 2 noches. No hay comparacion en comodidad y servicio.

Completamente recomendable !

La estadia fue excelente. Tiene muy buen desayuno buffet. La atencion del personal fue muy buena y muy atentos en todo. La limpieza de la habitacion y en general del hotel, se cumplia diariamente. Es la primera vez que voy a un Hostel y quede muy conforme. Por otro lado, en cuanto a la ubicacion del hotel, esta muy cerca del centro civico y de las paradas de colectivos.
