Come experience this modern Spanish-style Michael Luna-designed beach home in beautiful downtown San Clemente, known as the “Spanish Village by the Sea.” Casa Clemente Las Palmas is the sister property to Casa Clemente (VRBO listing #1328660), the highly popular vacation rental just a few blocks away.

Distinguished by its two majestic palm trees, Casa Clemente Las Palmas provides an ideal setting for those who want to be in the heart of San Clemente’s quaint beach town, with easy access to dining, bars, shops, breweries, wineries, and more. The home is situated among many wedding venues, including Casa Romantica, La Ventura, and The Casino San Clemente.

Casa Clemente Las Palmas is perfect for families who want to surf or spend a day at the beach, while coming back to a home centrally located to take advantage of all of San Clemente’s great dining options. Or if you prefer to stay home, you will be able to prepare meals in a fully-stocked kitchen with high-end Thermador oven and appliances, or else have a family barbecue on the rooftop deck.

You will have access to an enclosed two-car garage with a Tesla compatible electric car charger. Stops for the free local trolley (available on weekends year-round and everyday from Memorial Day through September) and regional trains are easily accessible, making a car almost unnecessary even for those who want explore beyond San Clemente’s core attractions. The home is right off the I-5 in between Disneyland and Legoland.

Casa Clemente Las Palmas, built in 2020, has three bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms, as well as a fully-stocked kitchen, a family room, and a rooftop deck. Each bedroom has en suite bathrooms. One bedroom is downstairs and is furnished with a queen sized bed and 43” smart TV. The other two bedrooms are on the second level. The Master bedroom is furnished with a king-sized bed, and has a full bathroom, 58” smart TV, and walk-in closet. The 3rd bedroom has a queen sized bed, a 58” smart TV, and a full bathroom. Stored under the bed in that room is a foldable cot that can sleep one additional person.

The family room is equipped with a 70” smart TV with streaming services, a cushy couch, and a gas fireplace There are also two chairs that convert to small kids’ beds.

On the rooftop deck, you will find a seating area, chat table, swing chair, a propane two-grill BBQ, and beautiful gas fireplace. From the rooftop, you’ll have views of the ocean, downtown San Clemente, and the San Clemente hillside.

The garage fits two cars, with additional parking on the street. The driveway must be kept clear as the carport is for the exclusive use of the neighboring property.

Beach supplies (beach chairs, towels, beach toys, umbrella, boogie boards, and ice chest) are provided.

The home has free Wifi internet access. Stream your favorite shows or movies (Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, etc.) in the family room, or any of the bedrooms.
