Walk to the San Clemente Pier, beach, shops and restaurants from this white picket fenced Beach Cottage with sizeable yard for outdoor living. The interior features wood flooring, remodeled kitchens and bathroom. This convenient and desirable location can be a perfect spot for your vacation. San Clemente is a city in Orange County, California. It's known for San Onofre and San Clemente state beaches, with their surf breaks and sandstone bluffs. Running along the coast, the Beach Trail offers sea views and green parks. Near T-Street Beach, long San Clemente Pier stretches out into the Pacific Ocean. Casa Romantica Cultural Center and Gardens embodies the city's original Spanish-style architecture.



The Space:

This small beach cottage was fully renovated in February 2022 and will make all feel like they're at home.



Guest Access:

Walking distance of San Clemente’s Pier Beach, boutique shops and unique dining experiences. Our home is just a short drive from the magnificent ocean-view outlets at San Clemente.



Getting Around:

Most attractions are within walking distance.

Stay Here!!! You’ll have a great host, location, “home”, amenities, price, privacy, quiet, and did I say attentive host?!!!! I would have stayed longer if the place hadn’t been booked already! Will definitely recommend this place for friends coming to town!

Great! with a caveat. The shower needs a bath mat; it was super slippery and I did not feel comfortable using it. Also, whatever cleaner is used on the floor in general causes it to be sticky. A cutting board would have been nice. But overall, loved staying there!

Cottage vacation

This place was close to all the action of beach and downtown San Clemente, but quiet for sleeping. 1 bedroom and 2 bath is all you need. It was remodeled and bed was comfortable.

Short trip

The listing stated that there was AC, not really, it was a portable unit that was not able to cool the whole place. I had to move it to the bedroom to sleep at night and it was very loud. The window in the bathroom would not stay open, I had to prop it with a pot from the kitchen. There were missing screens, a fan and light in the kitchen didn't work, which was unfortunate because I needed to open all the windows and doors to get cooler air circulating. Difficulty getting the TV to work because the batteries were dead in the remotes. Could not secure the windows while sleeping or while gone because of the vent for the AC. Parking was very difficult, most days had to walk 3 blocks to find parking on the street. Property was clean, but the Kitchen was minimally appointed. Disappointing stay.

Loved Our Stay!

We had a wonderful experience in San Clemente during our week-long stay and the location of the apartment was ideal! Just a 10–5 minute walk to the pier, great restaurants and fun shops, and we loved having a cozy space to unwind. Our son is at Camp Pendleton, so this was a central location for him too! One comment: Parking can be tricky as there are a lot of restrictions for street and city lot spaces and a limited amount of on-street spots nearby. Can’t wait to return!

The most lovely stay to recover

I brought my mom here for a rest to recover from a really long project. This place was lovely. It was clean and near everything - restaurants, beach and boardwalk. And it was in an area with east parking. My mom has been very ill and this was restful and rejuvenating. Also- we screwed up and used the wrong lock on the first night- and they got a locksmith out and dealt with the situation so nicely. And when I extended for a night- they went the extra mile to accommodate us. I fear we were the troublesome tenants- although it wasn’t our intention- and the team was lovely and helpful. Stay here!!!
