Whether you're here for a wedding at the casino or the Ole Hanson Beach Club or to enjoy the dreamy Pacific waters, this North Beach condo is the perfect place to enjoy your stay! With three bedrooms, two balconies, and 2,300 square feet, this condo has plenty of space to spread out and relax! You'll have air conditioning and central heat to keep you comfortable no matter the season! The living area includes a cozy fireplace and a TV with cable. Relax and catch up on your favorite shows or enjoy the ambiance of a fire in the hearth while reading a good novel. The living room has sliding doors that lead to a spacious balcony which includes its own outdoor living and dining space. Soak up the sun and savor the fresh coastal air!

Walk over to Urban Bicycle Outfitters to rent a nice beach cruiser for flat, leisurely rides along The Beach Trail and Dana Point trail. Don't feel like cooking tonight? Grab a bite to eat from one of the many nearby restaurants like Iva Lee's Restaurant & Lounge (dine-in, no-contact delivery, curbside pickup) or Village Mediterranean Rim (dine-in, no-contact delivery, takeout).

Absolutely no dogs are allowed, except for ADA service animals with documents. The animal's owner must be one of the guests. A charge of $1000 will be charged for any unauthorized dogs.

The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
