The Space:

Perfectly situated for groups and families, downstairs features one bedroom and bathroom, with the remaining three bedrooms and one bath located upstairs. Tall, airy ceilings and exposed wooden beams are complemented by an abundance of natural light at every angle. A full-sized kitchen provides ample opportunities for at-home meal prep.



This property is street parking only. In the heart of the city, parking can be limited. Please read street signage carefully as there are parking rules and restrictions that vary street to street. Transportation is available by trolley, bus, ride share and even electric scooters in this pretty city.



This property is located in the historic Little Italy, if you are sensitive to noise staying anywhere in the Little Italy area may not be the right choice.



Additional rental contract will be sent upon confirmed reservation.

Other Things to Note:

Amenities: Basic amenities will be provided including fresh towels, clean linens, body wash, shampoo, and more. You will also have access to our washer and dryer, and they are located in the back left corner of the property. The code for the laundry area is 152.



Kitchen: Our kitchen is at your disposal. Feel free to use our cookware, utensils, and appliances as needed. *Utensils can be found by opening the cabinet to the left of the stove, there is a white drawer to pull out with the utensils! We have plenty of storage space available for groceries.



Our home is a non-smoking environment. If you need to smoke, please do so outside and dispose of your cigarettes afterward. Pets are not allowed.
