Nauti tästä yksikerroksisesta täysin kalustetusta rantatalosta North Mission Beachillä alle 100 metrin päässä rantatieltä ja rannalta. 2 makuuhuoneen, 1 kylpyhuoneen ja 1 auton autotallissa on ihanteellinen perheille.

Tässä kauniissa rantakodissa on uudet lattiat, ikkunat ja liukuvat lasiovet, raikas maali, siistit, mukavat kalusteet ja uudempi HD-taulutelevisio.

Suuri liukuva lasiovi avaa perhehuoneen edessä patiolla, josta on merinäköala ja uudet huonekalut. Voit nauttia aterioita terassipöydällä ja sisäpuolella pyöreällä ruokapöydällä, johon mahtuu 4 (tai 6, mukana toimitetulla pöydän laajennuksella). Keittiö on täysin varustettu laitteilla, astioilla, keittiövälineillä ja astioilla, joita tarvitaan aterioiden valmistukseen perheen kanssa. Siinä on myös astianpesukone, joka on helppo puhdistaa.

Makuuhuoneessa on queen-size-vuode. Toisessa makuuhuoneessa nukkuu 3 kerrossänkyä ja parisänky. Käytettävissä on myös lattiavuode ja pack-n-play (käytä omia lakanoja pack-n-play). Perhehuoneen sohvalla on selkänoja, joka napsahtaa alas, jotta saadaan sänky, joka on vajaan täysikokoinen (mukava yhdelle aikuiselle). Vuokraan sisältyy kaapeli-tv, nopea kaapeli-internet, WiFi ja yksi parkkipaikka. Yhden auton autotalli on riittävän suuri ajoneuvoille, joiden pituus on jopa noin 190 tuumaa (sopii pienimpiin ja keskikokoisiin maastoautoihin, mutta ei täysikokoisiin maastoautoihin). Sivuportit lukittuvat lisää turvallisuutta.

Tämä mökki sijaitsee Pohjois-Mission Beachillä, rauhallisella kentällä, jota ympäröivät pitkäaikaiset asukkaat ja omistajat. We rarely go to California on vacation. Don't try to find the house in the dark. The house is in a neighborhood with very small homes on tiny (1300sq ft) lots. Houses are absolutely plastered right next to each other. Take the owner's word when he says get a small car. Garage is tiny and the alley that you pull into is very narrow with big trash cans lining the alley. Getting into and out of the garage is an adventure. The south side of the home looks like it's falling apart with rotted siding and trim. The garage door leaves a 6-8 inch gap when fully closed. The living room had a bunch of"Froot Loops" under the coffee table and couch. The living room furniture was very, very uncomfortable making it hard to watch TV, talk, etc. The house is 4 homes from the beach, which is great, but 3 houses from a very busy Mission Blvd. with what seemed like nightly drag races and lots of muffler-less motorcycles. Hard to enjoy the front porch for that reason.The owner is a real nice guy and communicated very well!We erred on our first night and walked to the grocery store along the street. Large groups of intoxicated young people screaming obscenities as they walked down the street. Maybe Fall semester break? Take the beach pathway and then cut in to the main street when you need to. Neither the rental or California in general was for us at all. 5-6 gasoline and 8-9 boxes of cereal. Total insanity! Live and Learn! We won't be returning to the rental or California anytime soon.

Cottage was the perfect place for my wife and our 3 adult children. The place was stocked with everything we could need, and being 3-4 houses from the beach was just what we wanted. Lots of places to eat and interesting to watch all the people in the boardwalk. Highly recommended staying here. Also, loved the front patio with large dining table and couches!!

Great spot

The property was as depicted in photos and descriptions. Was clean and everything worked fine. Great location, steps from the beach but not too much loud foot traffic passing by the patio. Only a few blocks walk to the the PB stuff, but far enough where you don’t hear the bar crowds. Garage is convenient, but is small and tough to get into, so you better have a small car. Street parking in the area is available, but not always easy to find. Nice spot and would definitely consider staying there again.

The location cannot be beat. Right by the beach, easy walk over to the bay. The only real issue we had was that, even though we had the smallest car possible (under the number of inches mentioned in the owners instructions) there was no way we could park it in the garage. it wasn't the size of the garage that mattered as much as the angle getting it into the garage. With all the stuff in the alleyway, we could not swing the car wide enough to get it at an angle where we could get in the garage. We gave up after 15 minutes, which was a huge bummer because we were just going to uber until we saw it had a garage.Also, not an issue for us, but the layout might be difficult if you have young kids. The layout was such that the living room went into the bedroom with the bunk beds, which led into the bathroom, and then through there to the master. So if you are hoping to put your kids down and then stay up later (or get up earlier), you will have to tiptoe through their room to get to the bathroom and master bedroom. Having the patio area was very nice. We didn't have much time to use it, but definitely would have if given the opportunity. Lots of seating.Only other comment i would make is that the towels are pretty threadbare and should probably be upgraded sometime soon.

Just what we needed!

The location is tough to beat…having the ocean and bayside literally steps from your day is so amazing. The house is fairly basic but that’s what we expected (and could afford). Everything you need is within a short walk or drive. If you’re ok with things being a little basic and not sparkling clean (tough to maintain so close to the ocean), then this little gem could be a great place for your stay.

Nice place with everything we needed

The house came with everything we needed. We enjoyed the bikes and the outdoor games and beach things. Kitchen could use some new sharper knifes but everything else was fine. Enough space for the four of us, conveniently located close to the grocery store and beach. An overall ok stay!

No frills cottage close to the beach

We had a very enjoyable stay at this cottage. Nothing fancy, but it was clean, great location, and I wish I was still sitting on the front patio listening to the ocean! Layout is a bit unusual, I think it would be a bit awkward for more than a few people, due to having the single bathroom between the two bedrooms. Only suggestion I would make is to label the keys, as each gate had a different key and I spent a few minutes every time trying to locl/unlock things.

Cozy beach home

Beautiful cozy beach home. We spent a week here and didn’t want to leave. Felt like home away from home. Less than a 1 minute walk to the ocean and 2 minutes to the bay. Great food all around and easy to rent anything needed for the beach. Cant wait to come back!

Great location / awful accommodation

This host is banking location & not about care of the property.Other hosts invited us in so we compared it to others in the neighborhood. Much of the listing is inaccurate. The photographs are out of date."Amenities" are listed multiple times but are still absent at the property. For example: There is no tv or cable except for a Roku. There are no "premium linens" anywhere. Towels & washcloths appear to be from the ASPCA thrift store.Though listed, there were no paper towels. The house has not been vacuumed or mopped ever. All the windowsills & thresholds are filthy so when you do open a window be prepared for dirt, sand & aged grime. Every seating surface & every cushion has some sort of stain on it. You will fear sitting in who knows what: fudge?Peanut butter?Or something more dastardly? Rugs & dangerously installed floors are dirty exhibiting stains and neglect.Watch your step. Your 1st encounter will be the unkempt patio, Then the dirty windows and stained curtains. Be wary of the trundle bed.Listing states that there is a parking spot & garage this is not true.There is only a single car garage which is manageable for smaller vehicles if you are willing to move the neighbors' trash cans to maneuver. Photographs are all out of date. Be aware the Jack & Jill bathroom requires passing through the bunkbedroom. A stay with 6 or 7 people in this house will be a challenge. Better if you keep your shoes on and don't sit down.

75 steps to the beach

Sunsets were amazing. We enjoyed our stay. The little cottage met all our needs. Good thing I had a mini cooper that I could fit in the garage with a couple tries (though could have been my poor parking skills.) Wonderful location. Grocery and laundry within walking distance among many and varied restaurants. Enjoyed people watching and surfers.

Winter Break Vacation

My grandson, who lives in Washington, was on winter break so we all met in San Diego (where my son and his family live). We had a great visit and this VRBO was our "home base" for fun. Although it was February, we enjoyed the beach and appreciated the beach items provided by the landlords, including the bicycles. The patio was wonderful. Thank you for a great stay.
