Wished it had been more

Was under the impression that we had a Harbor view, it didn’t…😥😟 Our room #318 could surely use a NEW MATTRESS!!😔 Breakfast was REALLY GOOD 🤗. Hubby and I were looking forward to a romantic evening with the Harbor view I thought we were getting…So dissatisfied with this trip, will Never stay here again!

there was a very quick reaction to a minor plumbing, whenin 2 minutes someone took care of problem. This is the second time i stay there both times were great i will be staying there next year when i come back to san diego

The property and rooms were very clean and comfortable. It was nice having a balcony to sit outside and relax. Check-in was quick and easy. They had a very nice free breakfast with many choices every morning. The registration staff were very pleasant and willing to help with any questions we had. Although we had not seen it advertised on their websit, we were pleased to find out they had a free shuttle to the cruise port. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

I don't typically give reviews, but feel like this might be helpful to others. This place is basically a motel 6 with a different name. Super small room, and just "okay" or below for cleaniness, etc. The biggest downside was the AC, the room was about 80 degrees when we entered at 8:15pm. I honestly think we could have blown more cool air than the AC put out. Maintenance came up(he was kind) said give it 5 min, it'll be okay...That thing ran the entire night without making hardly any difference. We were booked for 2 nights, we decided to "eat" the money on the 2nd night and booked a place elsewhere. Definitely would NOT stay here again

Not so good experience

The pictures online are not what it looks like. It needs some upgrades. It’s just like a Motel 6. It’s not up to hotel standard. I thought because it was close to the marina it would have been a little nicer. Check in was horrible. They were having problems with their system. That wanted me to sign a form and leave it with them with my credit card number on it. Finally they got it to work. I was just in San Diego for the weekend because of an event I was going to attend. I came in from. LA it wasn’t too far. I was almost late because of the check in delay. You pay $300.00 for a night they should really improve their service.
