These folks really helped us after a hotel nightmare experience! Amazing customer service! Understood our hesitation and were patient in working with us! Clean rooms, good breakfast, great pool and hot tub. Bed was a bit too firm, but we didn’t mind. Thank you so much!

Our shower was difficult to use, unlike before when we were in the suite. Customer service was not good. The front desk Representative named Mike was rude and not helpful. He referred to you as a 3rd agent and wanted to recharge me.

The room and linens were clean, all electrical appliances worked well, number of electrical outlets sufficient, the staff was courteous and helpful, shower water temperature and water pressure were great, health club, well maintained, and breakfast buffet included my personal favorites such as fresh waffles, scrambled eggs and oatmeal, while other guests may appreciate and abundance of additional food choices, as well as hot beverages and juices.
