Only a 3-minute drive to Mission Bay, Fiesta Island, & Sea World. Pacific Beach, Mission Beach, Ocean Beach, La Jolla, and Little Italy, & Downtown are all within a 10-minute drive.

The Space:
Access the property through the back alley, NOT the front of the house. This cute cottage has it's own, marked parking space behind the main home.

Fun stuff to do and restaurants nearby:
Mission Bay: visit 27 miles of park- and beach- lined shores which are perfect for sunbathing, playing beach volleyball, and picnicking. Bicycle and running paths.
Mission Bay Golf Course - very fun Par 3 course just a few minutes away.
Mission Bay Aquatic Center
Sea World

Guest Access:
Access the property through the back alley, custom code given for lock box upon arrival. Don't lose the key! ;-)

Other Things to Note:
Air Conditioning is upon REQUEST, it is a window unit. Please let me know ASAP if you will be needing it.

Interaction with Guests:
Owners live on site, but you have your own private entrance and parking in the alleyway in the back of the home! Please reach out to host for any questions, do not disturb owners.
