This upper unit in our two story condo is a sea shell throw away from the quiet waters of Mission Beach Bay with available kayaking, boat rentals, relaxation with mountain views and wide variety of short walks in every direction to parks and beach's with choices of the bay side or the Pacific side. Walk 1/2 block and you will be at a the main street with all the coffee shops bars and restaurants and shopping.

Mission Point Park beach-adjacent waterfront park with lifeguard supervised swimming offering lots of lawn space for a picnic and a brand new playground called Maruta Gardner, opened November 9th, 2020 on the Bonita Cove side.

Belmont Park - San Diego's Premier Beachfront Amusement Park, features the historic Giant Dipper roller coaster. The swimming pool is now renovated and open with lifeguards on duty. This pool is located with Belmont Part at Fit Athletic Club, in the heart of Mission Beach next to amusement park on the Pacific Ocean. Its designed with a new contemporary design featuring floor-to-ceiling glass walls for ocean views and a retractable roof. The pool includes historical features from original structure in 1925. Swim passes available, just ask my manager for more information. Also attached to the Plunge is a Tiki Bar and restaurant with lounge chairs to relax and watch the big blue Pacific waves roll in..........

Per City of San Diego codes we are only allowed MAX of 4 guests in this unit. Specific head counts of all people including children staying on properties must be approved by management upon time of booking for insurance purposes. Those traveling with children under age of 3 will not be counted as a guest but again need to be aware of head count pre City of San Diego codes.

**Please note: We are a vacation rental and supply a starter kit: 1 paper towel, 2 roll of toilet paper, box of Kleenex, soap supply for kitchen and bathroom. Shampoo, Conditioner and body wash. A sampler of coffee and teas with powdered cream. Napkins and salt and pepper in packets. Thank you**
