It’s ideal for a solo traveler or a couple on vacation or someone looking for a place during an extended stay in San Diego.

Could not have been in a better location, beach, shops, bars, and restaurants all within a mile radius. Was definitely thrown off guard to stay in a trailer behind a fence in an alley way (very safe alley way I should add, the location itself feels and is very safe by the way.) but I made the best out of it for my solo trip. There was one small issue when I first got to the property but when I reached out to the owners, they were prompt and attentive to fix it. Overall highly recommend staying here. Casey and Cash were wonderful hosts and I'm super glad I chose this place to be apart of my experience!

The location of this property is awesome. My daughter and I were able to easily walk to the beach located just across Mission Blvd and access to the bay was even closer for our sunset paddle boarding. The trailer is so cute and it has nearly everything you could want for your weekend getaway.

AMAZING location. We had a blast walking to the beach and the plethora of great restaurants in the area. This is a trailer. This is not a lavish/spacious property, but we knew we just needed somewhere to sleep and shower, and it served its purpose well at a great price that allowed us to splurge more on dining.

Amazing Beach Getaway in San Diego!

the property was in the perfect location to the beach, the best food, and also the bay! the host was so lovely, giving incredible suggestions that made our stay out of the world.the space is pretty tight but it is definitely doable as we hardly spent anytime in the camper & mostly just explored the area. :)

The location is perfect for touring Mission Beach, Pacific Beach and short Uber rides to Coronado, La Jolla, downtown and Encinitas. The owner are very nice and were easy to get a hold of during our stay.

small RV with great beach access

Can be pretty loud since there isn't much insulation, but a fine stay since its so close to the beach. I was traveling alone and don't think I would have liked sharing the space with another person, it is a small space.

Just steps away from the beach or the bay!

Originally had planned a trip with a friend to stay here for Bayfest but ended up taking my 10yr old son instead. The trailer is located in a parking space nestled in a apartment/condo area. With that being said, it is exactly what I booked especially knowing we wouldn't be spending much time in the trailer. It was super clean and the area is very quiet. Walking everywhere was perfectly fine and also ensured I had a parking space for my truck for the entire weekend (had no idea what the parking situation would be at random times day or night) since you can not park by the trailer. Communication was prompt prior to check in and assume it would have been during our stay had we needed anything. You are pretty much in the middle of the bay and the ocean so you don't have to walk far for beautiful views and water! Would definitely stay here again.

Hidden oasis

It's all about location almost anything in san diego within 10 miles walking distance to the ocean 2 blocks and only 1 block to mission bay. Couldn't be happier
