I was there staying for my son graduations from basic training at MCRD. I asked if he would get a military discount and they told me know because I went through you guys. Also there was only one working elevator for the whole entire hotel which made leaving and coming a huge convenience sometimes have to wait for 15 mins to just get up to my room. Also I had to leave early and they said I would get a refund if I went through them but I went through hotels.com so they say I have to go through you guys.
