It was near the places we wanted to go. Unfortunately, they’re renovating their elevators during our stay. Other than having a hard time going to / from (3rd floor), everything went well.

Positives: In time with the Pride festivities, the hotel was a welcoming environment. Location is great within walking distance of the park and promenade. Good breakfast provided. Negatives: We arrived earlier than expected and our room was not ready. Was told to either get a lesser (view) room now or wait til 4 for our actual room. We waited....and upon check in, was assigned the lesser room anyway. Whatever. Got in the room and it's fine. However, the next morning we discovered ants in the bathroom. We had plans for the whole day which allowed them to mitigate the issue, which I appreciated. So-So: while there were a lot of breakfast items, some things would suddenly swap so it was a little confusing. Dining area cannot accommodate the full hotel so I wish they would consider expanding seating somehow for busy weekends. We arrived in the middle of elevator upgrades so only one of three was working. Not sure how long that maintenance takes but it was an incredible inconvenience during a very busy weekend. Being on the 4th floor, we hiked up the (staff) stairs most of the time so that families and folks with luggage or strollers could use the elevator. Also people across and next to us were in a partying mood so music and activities were loud and ran until 11pm. While overall it averaged to be an acceptable stay, I'm not sure I would come again just for the location.

Good location once you get settled

Not enough parking for the check in process. Cars were backed up onto the main street downtown. Only one elevator was working so very long delays getting to and from your room. Close to the water and little italy . Not many options for free breakfast and it was very packed during that time. Also only 1 out of 3 elevators working which means you had to wait a while to get up and down. Otherwise pretty decent

Staff was friendly, hotel itself was decent. Rooms were clean. Downside is parking is very limited and had to find parking for both of our nights about 2 blocks away. At the time they only had one working elevator which was an inconvenience but not a deal breaker as we just took the stairs. Luckily we were on the 3rd floor so not too bad.

Well to start, the elevators we not working. There was only 1 functional elevator that made it difficult to take and this was due to business of the facility. The employees were not familiarized with the facilility and did not know escalators route. It appeared that we had to figure it out on our own. Despite this inconvenience, we were still charge the $40/night parking. Then, once i finally made to my room, there was a bandaide hanging from the ceiling. We called to have it removed, but no one ever came.
