The hotel is clean and well located. The staff is kind and helpful. However, the elevator situation is frustrating — it’s always full, and you often have to wait a long time to get on. There are only emergency stairs, so you can’t use them to go down even if you’re just on the second floor.

Great restaurant, the rest was so so

The best part of the stay was the restaurant. We paid for a king with skylineview and sofa bed, hotel first puts us in a double, the. In someone else’s room and then back in the double because they were full. The view was the recycling bins and a bill. There was no skyline. We requested our water heater get fixed twice because there was no running hot water in the shower. Needless to say the cold showers we took for four days was what we got. The best part was the restaurant, Wendy and the team were amazing and we enjoyed every meal we had with the crew.

The beds were hard as a rock. Think Patrick’s rock off of SpongeBob and that’s what you're going to be sleeping on. So uncomfortable. Had to switch hotels after two nights of sleeping there.
