Clean hotel with an expensive parking fee!

Our stay was great. The hotel was very clean. We really appreciated that!! The only reason I wouldn’t give this hotel 5 stars is because we had to pay $72 for 3 nights parking in their normal parking lot. A ridiculously expensive fee to just park in a parking lot.

Was a nice hotel for the price. I would have given it a 5 but a couple of items stopped me. Taste of breakfast options, Hotel in front had a lot of activity, water shut off from 10p-2a, still waiting for duplicate charges to be cleared, lingering smoke smell in our room (supposed to be non smoking hotel), and none of the usb ports in room worked (loose). I took several photos of room upon arrival that I could share as well.

Can’t trust housekeeping

When housekeeping came to clean our room after the first nights stay they removed a bag that I had pack with some snacks, drinks and medication. As soon as we returned to our hotel for the day I alerted the manager who was of no help. Next day the house keeper was supposedly questioned and did not confirm or deny removing the bag which supposedly was thrown out for no explainable reason.

This hotel has a very hidden entrance very limited parking and during my stay, one of the elevators was not working properly yet all they did was post a note and that was just an inconvenience because every time we wanted to get on the elevator the one that didn't work would be available! It was annoying! Lastly the people that were on the floor above us were so loud! So much banging on the floor and even if we complained it still happened for two nights after.

We were not warned at check in that the water would be shut off for hours that night. A repair crew was right outside my window working late into the evening yet they still booked that room. I was given a double twin bed room instead of a king like I booked online and the shower door had mold all over it
