Food stolen from staff from our fridge. Long wait time for elevator as one was down for majority of our stay. Wish onsite restaurant has more options on menu if you don’t feel like venturing out from a long day. Same with variation and stock at the little snack/convenience Station they had behind check in desk. Overall good otherwise.

Was overall satisfied with room & wouldve given 5 stars but having a single hook for 3 persons to hang their towels especially when room cleaned every other day leaves a big mess of towels all over the floor & makes it necessary to get new ones fir each shower. A waste. And the body lotion attached to the wall at the sink was super inconvenient when wanting to use post shower, sharing a room with kids. Breakfast great, beds comfy, walking distance to Little Italy- all great

Worst experience ever.

Didn't get the room I paid for, I specifically asked for a handicap shower plus a king size bed and Internet showed you guys have a free crib add on available. Switch isn't true it a pack and play. I should get some credit back for not receiving what I paid for. If this isn't addressed and I am not contacted then this will be my last time using this hotel and services. At check in, I was told there was nothing they could do. And at check out after I mentioned what happened. I was told have a nice day. No caring about your customers is really going to go a long way.

One of my issues with this room was the lights. Im sure the way they operate was meant to conserve energy, but there should be instructions on how to use them. Otherwise a very comfortable stay
