Tässä äskettäin uusitussa 5 makuuhuoneen kodissa on 6 queen-size-vuodetta suurissa, tilavissa huoneissa sekä 4 kylpyhuonetta. Tämä ominaisuus on täysin aidatulla ja yksityinen.

Tämän talon kruunaava koru on lomakohteen tyylin uima-altaan reunus, jossa on poreallas, lepotuoleja, katettu Cabana, roikkaiset tuolit, pingispöytä ja kaikki uima-alustarvikkeet, joista voitte haaveilla. Tämä on täydellinen uima-allas viihdyttämiseen ja ulkona sijaitsevan baarin nauttimiseen!

Lahti ja ranta ovat 5 minuutin ajomatkan päässä ja tämä koti on todella lähellä kaikkea San Diegon tarjontaa.

Sisällä äskettäin uusittu keittiö on täysin varustettu keittämään juhlaa, uudet keittiönkaapit ja graniittitaso sekä upouusi mukautettu puulattia, mitään yksityiskohtia ei ole jätetty huomiotta. Nauti näkymistä lahdelle ja kaupunkiin omalta ruokailuterassilta samalla kun nautit San Diegon säästä ja grillaat ruostumattomasta teräksestä valmistetulla BBQ-grillillä.

Kaksi isoa makuuhuonetta, joissa molemmissa queen-size-vuoteet ja jaettu kylpyhuone, ovat päätasolla. Ja kolmannessa kerroksessa on kaksi queen-size-vuodetta yhdessä huoneessa, jossa on runsaasti tilaa varaa ja jaettu kylpyhuone.

Check in went very smooth. Communication with property manager was very good. Pictures on VRBO are a bit deceptive. They appear to have been taken years ago. The property as a whole is run down and really needs some serious TLC.

Stayed here with 2 grandparents, 4 adults, and 4 kids 6 and under.Pros:- Great location, close enough to the beach and seaworld- Gorgeous view- Very comfortable beds- Plenty of space for 10 people- Pool and hot tub was nice (we did pay to heat it)- Full size crib provided as well as a high chairCons:- Furnishings are very grand/not child friendly- Some exposed wires - HVAC system was a little confusing to use- TV was a little confusing to useOverall, if you need the space and don’t plan on spending much time at the house this would be a great option. We really enjoyed using the pool area and everyone slept great because the beds were incredibly comfortable.

Great for a big group

We chose this property for the number of rooms/beds and bathrooms. It was great for our group of 9 people. Location was easy to access balboa park, Coronado island, La Jolla , and the San Diego waterfront. We had a few issues with the spa/pool but was able to have a pool technician address them. Highly recommend and would stay here again.

Birthday trip

There was plenty of space for all 12 of us to relax and hang out. Beautiful view!!! Pool and hot tub area were very nice. Plenty of dishes and more than sufficient WiFi for our family. Furniture and / or decor needs to be updated. Electrical outlets need to be assessed as there are several that do not work. TV instructions in the binder should be updated as well for each room. Overall, we had a great time! It was a nice rental.

Great Place

We had a group of 11 of us stay here for an extended weekend and had a great experience. We loved the central location of the property with everywhere we wanted to go being within 15ish minutes in any direction. The layout of the property as well as pool set up allowed for plenty of room for all of us. The host was very responsive for any questions we had, and we would happily stay here again.

Fantastic location but the house is tired

First the positivesThe location is great and the checkin process was very smooth. This is a true 5 bed with large bedrooms and a great number of bathrooms. Owner is responsive to issues and clearly has good procedures. The negativesThe house is tired, the photos must be from several years ago and there are a lot of scrapes on the walls and areas that are plain worn out. All of the crockery is from different sets and there were only 3 wine glasses, not what you would expect in a house like this. The pool are outside also was in need of a Pressure wash.Overall a d bag, a big, well proportioned house on a great area but the current condition of the house and its contents is very tired.

Good stay with a couple issues

Overall, the property worked well for our group. We loved the location, the pool and hot tub were great, and the size of the property was perfect for our group, with lots of space to spread out. The primary issue we ran into was the number of beds. The posting listed two twin bunk beds but there was only one in the house, our group was counting on those two additional beds and a few members of our party had to sleep on the couches. The house was also very hot when we arrived, and it took about half a day for the AC to cool it down when we turned it on. The living room area remained hot during the day. We also couldn't figure out how to use the sound system in the house + some of the outdoor furniture was old/should be replaced. Overall, I would recommend this rental for location and size.

This house was phenomenal. Perfect location literally less than 12 minutes anywhere in the top spots of San Diego. The house was clean , pool and jacuzzi were perfect. Enough beds for a large group. Would definitely recommend!! Ali is very responsive to all inquiries!

Great house, perfect location

The house is very well located so that it's less than 20 minutes to nearly all the main sites in San Diego. The neighborhood is quiet. The gated property provides a welcome sense of security. The pool needs some repairs - the vacuum gizmo that must stay in the pool at all times doesn't clean anything. The pool lights don't work. Otherwise it was a great pool and hot tub. Plenty of pool toys. The frig ice maker is broken so we had to go buy ice trays since they weren't provided. The windows need some refurb because not all of them open which was a nuisance since one of the neighbors was loud and we could close the window after opening it. For $11k a week, I'd expect everything to be in good shape and fully working. The pool

Wonderful Family Vacation

We had our traditional family trip on July 13, 2024, for our family of 14, including 3 generations from ages 2 to 77. We had a most wonderful time at this property. Since our trip was on July 13th, we read the review by “Andrea H, dated July 1st” The review was not good (6/10) and we were worried. We contacted Ali and stated our concerns, he assured us that “There is nothing to worry about.” We trusted him and it turned out that he was right! The property is just like he stated on the website. The house has 3 levels, and it is very spacious for all 14 of us. The grandchild slept in the room with bunk beds, and they loved it. The house is reasonable clean, considering this property being so popular and rented back-to-back, the cleaning crew did a good job. The kitchen was great, with plenty and sufficient things needed to cook meals for a big group like ours. There is an extra refrigerator in the garage which is useful. Ali told us about the meat market-Sidsel’s, which is right down the street. They have a good meat selection, and the location was very convenient for us. We had Wagyu and Tomahawk steaks from there and we were not disappointed. The inside and outside dining rooms are another good feature, as there were enough seats for everyone. The pool was nice and clean, since the ocean water was cold, so we had the pool heated and the grandchildren just loved it. One of the highlights is the view of the Sea World fireworks every night at 8:50pm. They were splendid.

San Diego Family Vacation

Our stay was great. My family of 12 was well accomadated in this house. It was very spacious and the kids loved the pool. The neighborhood was quiet and safe and within close distance to the beach.

Great place

This house was in a great location for everything we wanted to do. It has an amazing view. There was enough room for all 14 of us. The pool was amazing! We’ve stayed in many VRBOs and none of them supplied paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner and body wash! That was an unexpected perk! It could use a good once over with paint. The outlets/electricity were kind of scary too. All in all, great place for our San Diego trip!
