This property features an open floor plan with a well equipped kitchen, high-end finishes/appliances, air conditioning, washer/dryer, 4K TVs, WiFi/high speed internet (ATT fiber), pull out sofa sleeper, and designated parking.

This bright and spacious 3 bedroom apartment is close to everything in Ocean Beach! The beach is 1.5 blocks away, its location is easily walkable to shops, pubs/restaurants and entertainment venues. This 850 square foot rental is located on the main street level.

The open living room faces Bacon Street and contains plenty of windows to take advantage of ocean breezes. The sofa and loveseat are arranged to view the wall-mounted 65” flat-screen TV. The kitchen is part of the same open space, allowing easy flow between the areas. The dining area has a custom-built oak table with upholstered bench seating, and additional cube ottomans that can be moved around for desired seating combinations. The quartzite kitchen countertops, modern appliances, plenty of cabinet storage and well-equipped kitchens allow easy meal preparation. The kitchen has a Keurig coffee machine, toaster oven, full size refrigerator, microwave, oven/stove, stainless steel pots and pans, and a Ninja blender.

The bathroom has an overhead rain shower and a hand-held shower with multiple towel racks and hooks.

Each of the three bedrooms features a queen bed, closet and wall mirror.

The unit also contains heating and air conditioning, access to a washer/dryer (located in the garage), and free Wi-Fi.

Guests are given an electronic key code to access the apartment. One parking space is provided.

Dan was a great host. We were able to store our luggage pre check in at the unit. He contacted us and made sure everything was ok and visited us mid stay to say hi. The beach wagon to carry supplied beach chairs and an umbrella was strong and capable. The unit was very clean and new. the kitchen ware was totally adequate. Location was SUPER. 1.5 blocks to beach and 2 blocks to Newport Ave We hope to stay with Dan again. David

The host was very responsive, and the property matched the listing. The place was clean and very useful during our stay. It was close to the beach and easily accessible from other parts of the city.Depending on your lifestyle, marijuana use and odor are everywhere in the neighborhood. Also, the atmosphere at the beach was very vegabondish. It was definitely a different environment for our family than our religious setting in west Texas.

Great spot

Place was super clean, comfy beds, fully stocked; beach chairs and boogie boards! Host was very responsive. Only con was that being on the bottom floor you could hear the upstairs neighbors very clearly!
