Contemporary ground floor Ocean Front condo with patio on the ocean boardwalk. Quintessential indoor/outdoor living at its finest. Managed by seasoned 5-star Premier Partner host. Ground floor Ocean Front condo elevated above the Mission Beach boardwalk. Step right out onto your patio lounge above the boardwalk. Sleeps up to 9 comfortably in two large bedrooms and living room. Six beds in total. Each bedroom has its own private full bathroom. The condo was just filled with new furnishings. Easily accessible by family of all ages. Main entrance with no stairs. Beach entrance with just a couple stairs. Granite countertops, stainless steel appliances. Short walking distance to all the action yet well buffered from it. Two to three minute stroll along the boardwalk to Belmont park and all the eateries/restaurants, but private, quiet, peaceful and luminescent.

Location was perfect, walking distance to everything. Great location on the beach, Place needs a little love, furniture is rusted and falling apart. The sliding door was very hard to open, with my bad back it made it challenging. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen lacked a few things but for the most part ok. Patio was cramped but cozy, patio couch was very uncomfortable. Beach toys offered were thrashed and not really usable.

Great spot, ready for a renovation

We had a great family vacation spending 11 nights for our annual Mission Beach trip. We are very familiar with the area and the location is awesome. Right on the beach, close to Belmont Park. Parking is right, but that's too be expected. The condo was great, though a little dated and showing signs of wear. The AC is only in ONE room, and that was not clear in the listing. It's evident that the people who own/maintain this condo don't use it. There was a brand new fridge and grill, which was great. There were also 4 grill covers wadded up under the new grill along with a bunch of broken beach toys. There were what my daughter referred to as "landlord specials" all over-- areas where i can only assume the objective was the cheapest/fastest fix possible. The toilet upstairs was missing tile underneath and had been shimmed but it rocked every time you sat down. Pots and pans were limited and pretty well used. The washer and dryer are outside by parking and shared between 4 units and there is a charge to use the dryer. That was not clear in the listing. To use the washer and dryer, we had to move all kinds of misc stuff that was stored on them. Overall we had a great stay. My wife is particular about this kind of stuff so we try to choose nice looking places. This isn't the most expensive we've rented but it certainly isn't the cheapest. We expected it to be a little nicer given the relative prices we've paid in the past on Mission Beach.

Beautiful and Peaceful Setting

My family and I truly enjoyed the setting of sitting outside watching the ocean (and people watching) at all times of the day. We enjoyed going for a walk/run; and truly appreciated all the local shops and restaurants. My only complaint was struggling with the sliding door. I don’t think I would have been able to get it open without help from my husband. Other than that, we would love to return sometime in the future.

Dump badly in need of repairs

Great location, but probably the worst condition units for blocks around. Everything is falling apart. The glass on the slider door to the beach is coming apart from the frame. A power strip I plugged my phone into started sparking and caught fire. Sinks don't drain. Kitchen equipment is from 1992 Goodwill. Upstairs shower squeals like a loud train when the water is on. Can't beat the location but this was uncomfortable for three people. Unless you're a college party group, avoid this place at all costs.

Great Location!

Can’t beat the location if you want to be on the beach with a 2 minute walk to Belmont Park. The unit is a bit dated but the beds were decent and the AC in the main bedroom was nice and cold. Could use more hooks to hang towels and suits. Water pressure was great.

Great Location!

Place is really spacious and close to everything! Had the best time with friends... looking forward to our next visit! Would definitely recommend! (Beds super comfy, bathrooms spacious, nice kitchen & nice grill & propane firepit on deck which we're used daily!) Can't forget the beautiful sunsets!

Location, location, location! And what a great one! There is a lot to do within walking distance ( most of your necessities)! The owner was great to deal with. We miss our short lived “beach bum life”. What a great Honeymoon! It was wonderful!
